Abstract

Abstrak. Keterlibatan siswa merupakan bagian penting dari perkembangan kemampuan siswa itu sendiri. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan wawancara degan siswa kelas XI IPA Karya Budi, Siswa merasa kebingungan apabila dihadapkan pada soal yang bersifat pendapat, memberikan solusi atau pemecahan masalah. Model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing dirasa dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing (guided inquiry) terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa pada materi sistem indera. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Karya Budi Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah quasi experimental atau eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 28 siswa untuk kelas eksperimen dan 25 siswa untuk kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji-t independent didapatkan hasil thitung 4,61 ≥ dari ttabel 2,01 sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap keterampilan proses sains siswa pada materi sistem indera. Abstract. Student involvement is an important part of the development of students' abilities themselves. Based on the results of interviews with students of class XI IPA Karya Budi, students felt confused when faced with questions of an opinion, providing solutions or problem solving. The guided inquiry learning model can be felt to overcome these problems. This study aims to determine the effect of guided inquiry learning models on students' science process skills in the sensory system material. The research was carried out at SMA Karya Budi Bandung. The method used in the study was quasi experimental or quasi-experimental with nonequivalent control group design research design. The sample used in the study was 28 students for the experimental class and 25 students for the control class. Based on the results of the calculation of independent t-test results obtained thitung 4.61 ≥ of ttabel 2.01 so that it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between guided inquiry learning models on students' science process skills in the sensory system material.
