Abstract

Tujuan dilaksanakannya penelitian ini, pertama untuk mengetahui hubungan secara simultan antara bimbingan agama dengan OCB. Kedua, untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara bimbingan agama dan OCB terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Adapun sampel sebanyak 26 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pertama, bimbingan agama dan OCB terhadap kinerja karyawan memiliki hubungan yang kuat, karena posisi angka nilai 0, 753% atau 75% berada di antara interval 0,61-0,80. Kedua bimbingan agama dan OCB memiliki pengaruh yang simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 56,7%. Ketiga, bimbingan agama memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja sebesar 17, 3% sedangkan OCB 39,4%. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was carried out, first to find out the relationship between religious guidance and OCB. Second, to find out whether there is an influence between religious guidance and OCB on employee performance. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. A sample of 26 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The results of this study were first, practicing religion and OCB on employee performance had a strong relationship, because the position of the number 0, 753% or 75% was between the interval 0.61-0.80. Both religious guidance and OCB have simultaneous influence on employee performance by 56.7%. Third, religious guidance has an effect on performance of 17.3% while OCB is 39.4%.
