Abstract

INDONESIA Pesantren adalah replika kehidupan yang memandu pelbagai kecakapan hidup, tak terkecuali kecakapan pertanian. beragam aktifitas kehidupan di pesantren telah mendorong tersemainya etos kerja kaum santri. Kegiatan pendidikan yang intinya proses pembelajaran memerlukan etos kerja santri sebagai landasan yang kuat, agar pelaksanaan pendidikan yang menjadi tugas kewajibannya terlaksana dengan mantap dan benar-benar dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui,mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis etos kerja kaum santri dalam konteks pemberdayaan ekonomi kaum santri di Pesantren Al-Ittifaq Kabupaten Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, tempat penelitian di Pesantren Al-Ittifaq Ciwidey Bandung. Subyek penelitian ini santri di pesantren sedangkan informannya adalah bapak kiyai/ustadz. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa 1) Etos kerja kaum santri di Pesantren Al-Ittifaq: pertama, dengan memegang prinsip pengembangan pendidikan berdasarkan kepada INPEKBI (Ilahi, Negeri, Pribadi, Ekonomi, Keluarga, Birahi, dan Ilmihi).Kedua, para santri Al Ittifaq mempunyai falsafah dalam beragribisnis yaitu, a) tonjolkan etos kerja jangan tonjolkan etos hasil, b) disiplin yang tinggi, c) siap untuk kerja keras.2) model pemberdayaan santri di Pesantren Al-Ittifaq yaitu dengan pembentukan Pengurus Inti Unit Agribisnis, melakukan pelatihan-pelatihan praktis langsung di lapangan/ladang, membentuk Pusat Inkubator Agribisnis (PIA), melakukan kerjasama/kemitraan dengan berbagai lembaga dan instansi, membentuk kelompok-kelompok agribisnis santri,3) strategi kiyai dalam membentuk etos kerja kaum santri di Pesantren Al-Ittifaq, yaitu dengan mempunyai prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan yaitu : meyakinkan, menggalang, secara lisan dan dengan empiris, menggerakkan, memantau, dan melindungi. Faktor pendukung pembentukan etos kerja kaum santri yaitu: dengan terbentuknya kompetensi agribisnis pada diri santri, merubah perilaku santri tersebut yaitu terdiri dari faktor; a) pengetahuan, b) keterampilan, c) kepemimpinan, d) struktur organisasi, e) motivasi, f) belajar,g) sikap. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah : sulitnya dalam mengarahkan santri muda dan butuh waktu yang cukup lama, kurangnya lahan, kekurangan pembimbing yang tidak sebanding dengan jumlah santri, jarak lahan berjauhan sehingga kesulitan dalam mengontrol, santri pelaksana agribisnis belum dapat mencapai tingkat kompetensi pada kategori sangat tinggi, karena para santri pelaksana mempunyai keterbatasan yaitu dikarenakan prioritas belajar mereka masih pada ilmu keagamaan. ENGLISH Islamic boarding school is a life replica that combines various life skills, not least on agriculture. Life various activities, in Islamic boarding school has encouraged the Islamic students work ethic. Educational activities that essentially on the learning process that requires work ethic of the student as a strong foundation, so that, the implementation of education was became a duty of its obligation which carried out with a solid and sure can be accounted for. Generally, this study aims to find, describe and analyze the work ethic of Islamic students on the economic empowerment conteks in Islamic boarding school Al-Ittifaq Bandung Regency. This research is using the descriptive qualitatives methode, on the research place Al-Ittifaq islamic boarding school Ciwidey Bandung. The subject of this research is islamic student in it's boarding school while the informant is father (the principle)/ ustadz. and for data collection techniques it has already used an observation, interview and documentation. and for checking the validity of the data it's use the triangulation. and for data analysis it uses the data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on the research result, it can be concluded that 1) The work ethic of Al-Ittifaq Islamic students are : first, holding the principle of educational development based on INPEKBI (Divine, State, Private, Economy, Family, Birahi and Ilmihi). Second, Al-Ittifaq Islamic student has a philosophy on it business a) bolster the work ethic do not highlight the ethos of the results, b) high discipline, c) ready for hard work.2) The model of empowering students at Al-Ittifaq islamic shool is by the establishment of Core Management or Unit of Agribusiness, practical practice directly in the field, establishing an Agribusiness Incubator Center (PIA), collaborating with various institutions and institutions, forming student agribusiness groups, 3) kiyai strategies in shaping the work ethics of student /santri in Al-Ittifaq islamic boarding school, is called as by having the principles of leadership, there are: convincing, raising, orally and with empirical, move, monitor, and protect. The factors supporting the formation of work ethic of the students are: with the formation of agribusiness competence on it selves, student's alterations behavior is composed of factors; a) knowledge, b) skills, c) leadership, d) organizational structure, e) motivation, f) learning, g) attitude. While inhibiting factors are: some difficulty matters in directing young students and it takes a long time, land losses, lack of mentors who are not comparable with the number of students, the distance of land far apart so that the difficult matters is in controlling, agribusiness executives which can’t to reach the level of competence in very high category, because students implementers have the limitations because their learning priorities are still on religious science.
