Abstract

INDONESIA Cooling pad merupakan alat perekembangan dari teknologi pendingin suhu sebelumnya yaitu kipas angin. Kipas Angin telah ditemukan beribu tahun silam dan telah digunakan oleh beberapa negara didunia seperti bangsa Mesir, Yunani, Roma dan China. Sekarang ini kipas angin memiliki perkembangan yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh hampir seluruh pengguna PC yaitu perkembangan kipas angin yang disebut cooling pad. Cooling pad adalah perangkat pendingin yang terdiri dari sebuah tatakan yang disesuaikan dengan ukuran monitor dan berisi 1 sampai 3 fan system.Penemu dan perancang pertama cooling pad ini adalah Rakesh Bhatia. Cooling pad dipergunakan untuk menghantarkan udara dan membantu kipas laptop dalam mendinginkan suhu laptop, Permasalahan yang menarik untuk dikaji dari alat cooling pad ini adalah bagaimana cara mengendalikan kecepatan putar dari cooling pad, Sehingga cooling pad dapat dipergunakan secara optimum. Penelitian kali ini berupa eksperimen dari suatu sistem kendali dari mulai pembuatan, analisa sistem menggunakan bahasa pemograman hingga analisis hardware dan software. Penelitian kali ini dititikberatkan pada proses mengendalikan kecepatan putar cooling pad menggunakan logika fuzzy metode Mamdani berbasis MATLAB dengan input berupa suhu dan kecepatan RPM. ENGLISH Cooling pad is a tool developed from the previous temperature cooling technology fan. Fans have discovered thousands of years ago and has been used by several countries around the world such as the Egyptians, Greeks, Romans and Chinese. Now this fan has a development which is needed by almost all PC users, namely the development of the so called fan cooling pad. Cooling pad is a device that consists of a placemat that is tailored to the size of the monitor and contains 1 to 3 fan system. Inventor and designer of the first cooling pad is Rakesh Bhatia. Cooling pad is used to deliver the air and help cool down the temperature inside the laptop fan laptop, an interesting problem to be studied from this cooling pad tool is how to control the rotary frequency of the cooling pad. So the cooling pad can be used at itsoptimum. The present study experimentally in the form of a control system from the start of manufacture, systems analysis using a programming language to hardware and software analysis. The present study focused on the process of controlling the frequency of the rotary cooling pad software using fuzzy logic method Mamdani based MATLAB with input in the form of temperature and RPM speeds.
