Abstract

Pengontrolan dan pemantauan kondisi perangkat elektronik pada lingkungan pendidikan diperlukan agar meminimalisir penggunaan perangkat yang tidak berkepentingan, sehingga meningkatkan keamanan pada perangkat tersebut. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk melakukan monitoring suhu ruangan dan mengontrol perangkat elektronik dengan sistem penjadwalan pada ruang kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan modul LoRa sebagai modul komunikasi nirkabel dengan daya jangkauan yang cukup luas sehingga cocok untuk melakukan monitoring dan pengontrolan perangkat elektronik pada smart class. Sistem komunikasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan LoRa Server dan LoRa Client yang berfungsi untuk melakukan pengiriman dan penerimaan data suhu dan data kondisi perangkat elektronik. Terdapat empat pengujian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini, yaitu mengontrol perangkat elektronik menggunakan sistem penjadwalan, mengontrol limit switch untuk sistem keamanan proyektor, membandingkan selisih pengukuran suhu dari sensor LM35 dengan alat ukur lain serta pengujian jarak maksimal pengiriman data LoRa Server dan LoRa Client di area kampus UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Hasil yang didapat yaitu sistem dapat mengontrol perangkat elektronik dengan menggunakan sistem penjadwalan, buzzer dapat merespon ketika tuas limit switch tidak tertekan beban yang menandakan proyektor telah hilang dan jarak maksimal pengiriman data menggunakan komunikasi LoRa di area kampus UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung yaitu dengan jarak antar LoRa sejauh 220 meter ketika LoRa Client di luar Gedung Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi dan sejauh 82 meter ketika LoRa Client di dalam Gedung Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi at UIN Bandung. Controlling and monitoring the condition of electronic devices in an educational environment is needed in order to minimize the use of unauthorized devices so as to increase security on the devices. The purpose of this study is to monitor temperature and control electronic devices with a scheduling system in the classroom. This research uses the LoRa module as a wireless communication module with a wide enough range so it is suitable for monitoring and controlling electronic devices in the smart class. The communication system in this study uses the LoRa Server and the LoRa Client which functions to send and receive temperature data and data on the condition of electronic devices. There are 4 tests carried out in this study, namely controlling electronic devices using a scheduling system, limit switch control for the projector security system, comparing the difference in temperature measurement from the LM35 sensor with other measuring and testing the maximum distance for sending data from LoR Server and LoRa Client at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung area. The results obtained are that the system can control electronic devices using a scheduling system, the buzzer can respond when the limit switch is not depressed indicating the projector has been lost and the maximum distance data transmission using the LoRa Server and LoRa Client at UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung area that is with a distance of 220 meter when LoRa Client was outside the Science and Technology Faculty Building and as far as 82 meter when LoRa Client inside the Science and Technology Faculty Building at UIN Bandung.
