Abstract

The purpose of this research is to study the reliability model of system of component by using the stress-strength model R=P(Y<X) where X (strength) and Y (stress) are two free randomly Weibull distribution variables of two parameters. Determination of parameter estimation is described in this research. By performing an assessment, the parameter values of λ ̂_1 and λ ̂_2 can be determined to obtain a stress-strength model and R ̂ is an estimator of its reliability probability. The method of evaluation using Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE), the steps of evaluation by MLE method is done making calculation’s program of MATLAB. The calculation of simulation is done for examining the steps of estimation parameter model and it’s efficiency the result of simulation with variation many samples and firts value parameter scale λ_1=4 and λ_1={2,4,6} getting result apprasial which stable enough with average values of MSE=0,001545722.
