Abstract

INDONESIA: Di beberapa satuan PAUD ketika awal kegiatan pembelajaran, terdapat banyak anak yang tidak mau dilepas untuk melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran/bermain dari orang tuanya karena anak belum memiliki rasa kepercayaan dengan sesuatu hal yang baru seperti guru, teman-teman, dan lingkungan baru. Sehingga masih banyak anak yang perlu ditemani oleh orang tuanya pada saat kegiatan pembelajaran/bermain, dan hal itu menyebabkan ketidak optimalan proses pembelajaran/bermain dalam menstimulasi seluruh aspek perkembangannya, dari kasus tersebut guru bisa mengatasinya dengan membangun kelekatan dengan siswanya. Kelekatan dapat terjadi dengan adanya komunikasi yang dilakukan salah satunya adalah Komunikasi interpersonal. Dari permasalahan diatas, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana komunikasi interpersonal guru mempengaruhi kelekatan siswa PAUD. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner yang disebar melalui google form. Populasi yang akan digunakan adalah guru IGRA di wilayah utara Tasikmalaya, teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu convenience sampling, yang dihitung menggunakan slovin. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal dapat menyebabkan terjadinya tingkah laku atau pengaruh pada kelekatan yang dimiliki anatara guru dan siswa. ENGLISH: In some PAUD units at the beginning of learning activities, there are many children who do not want to be released to carry out learning/play activities from their parents because children do not yet have a sense of trust with something new such as teachers, friends, and new environments. So that there are still many children who need to be accompanied by their parents during learning/play activities, and it causes the learning/play process to not be optimized in stimulating all aspects of their development, from this case the teacher can overcome it by building attachment with his students. Attachment can occur with the communication carried out, one of which is interpersonal communication. From the above problems, this study aims to determine how the teacher's interpersonal communication affects the attachment of PAUD students. The method used is quantitative with data collection using questionnaires distributed via google form. The population to be used is IGRA teachers in the northern region of Tasikmalaya, the sampling technique used is convenience sampling, which is calculated using Slovin. The results of this study indicate that interpersonal communication can cause behavior or influence the attachment between teachers and students.
