Abstract

INDONESIA: Masalah gizi merupakan hal yang sangat kompleks dan penting untuk segera diatasi di Indonesia. Terutama karena Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara yang mempunyai permasalahan gizi paling lengkap. Beberapa penelitian menyebutkan bahwa masalah gizi di Indonesia cenderung terus meningkat. Salah satu masalah gizi di Indonesia yang masih bermasalah sampai dengan saat ini adalah stunting. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, peneliti merancang dan menganalisis kinerja sistem alat ukur berat badan, dan tinggi badan balita berbasis fuzzy logic untuk mengatasi masalah stunting. Sistem yang dibangun mampu melakukan pengukuran secara realtime terhadap berat, dan tinggi badan untuk menghasilkan status kesehatan pada balita. Metode fuzzy logic mamdani digunakan untuk mencapai hasil yang akurat dengan nilai berat, dan tinggi badan sebagai masukan, serta status kesehatan sebagai keluaran. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik. Terbukti dalam pengujian 18 balita di Posyandu RW 11 Rancaekek kencana, 15 balita mengalami status kesehatan yang normal, dan 3 balita diantaranya mengalami stunting dikarenakan berat atau tinggi badan yang kurang memenuhi standar pengukuran menurut Kementrian Kesehatan RI Tahun 2020. Pengujian ini menunjukan tingkat rata-rata error pada sensor load cell sebesar 0,31 % dengan akurasi 98,47 %, rata-rata error pada sensor ultrasonic sebesar 1,19 % dengan akurasi 97,77 %, pada perhitungan metode fuzzy menunjukan rata-rata error sebesar 1,76%. ENGLISH:   Nutrition problems are very complex and important to be addressed immediately in Indonesia. Especially because Indonesia is one of the countries that has the most complete nutritional problems. Several studies say that nutritional problems in Indonesia tend to continue to increase. One of the nutrition problems in Indonesia that is still problematic to this day is stunting. To overcome this problem, researchers designed and analyzed the performance of the weight and height measurement system of toddlers based on fuzzy logic to overcome the stunting problem. The system built is able to measure in real-time weight and height to produce health status in toddlers. The fuzzy logic mamdani method is used to achieve accurate results with weight values, and height as inputs, and health status as outputs. The results of this study show that the system can run well. It was proven in the testing of 18 toddlers at the RW 11 Rancaekek kencana posyandu, 15 toddlers experienced normal health status, and 3 of them were stunted due to weight or height that did not meet measurement standards according to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2020. This test shows an average error rate on the load cell sensor of 0.31% with an accuracy of 98.47%, an average error on the ultrasonic sensor of 1.19% with an accuracy of 97.77%, and the calculation of the fuzzy method shows an average error of 1,76%.
