Abstract

INDONESIA: Kecamatan Gedebage merupakan wilayah dengan data kependudukan kecamatan dibagi menjadi empat kelurahan diantaranya kelurahan Rancabolang, Rancanumpang, Cisaranten Kidul, dan Cimincrang dengan total keseluruhan penduduk laki-laki dan perempuan sebesar 43.399 orang. Dengan memiliki luas lahan sebesar 965,738 Ha. Perbandingan antara jumlah penduduk dan luas lahan menjadi GAP/kesenjangan baik dalam bidang ekonomi, sosial, maupun keamanan sekalipun. Padatnya jumlah penduduk akan mengakibatkan kesenjangan terutama angka kriminalitas tinggi. Sebagai tanggapan dari hal tersebut Polsek Gedebage membentuk tim yang bertugas untuk mengendalikan kriminalitas tersebut dengan memberikan pelayanan keamanan yang berkualitas di Kecamatan Gedebage. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kualitas pelayanan keamanan dalam upaya menurunkan angka kriminalitas yang ada di Kecamatan Gedebage. Teori yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teori kualitas pelayanan dari Zeithaml et al dengan lima dimensi pertama, reliability kedua, responsiveness, ketiga, assurance keempat, empathy kelima, tangibles. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumen-dokumen, materi audio dan visual teori (Sugiyono, 2020). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa kualitas pelayanan keamanan di Kepolisian Sektor gedebage yang dikaitkan dengan dimensi teori setidaknya memuat lima hal. Keandalan dalam Kualitas Pelayanan Keamanan pada Wilayah Hukum Kepolisian Sektor Gedebage Kota Bandung. petugas kepolisian sudah terpenuhi sesuai dengan tugas dan fungsi masing-masing bidang namun di bidang bhanbinkamtinmas masing kekurangan personel karena satu pegawai mengurusi satu kelurahan. Kedua, Daya Tanggap Bhabin menghadapi masalah masih bisa teratasi karena bhabin diluar jam kerja juga harus tetap standby tugas memberikan pelayanan kepada masyakat. Ketiga, Jaminan dalam Kualitas Pelayanan Keamanan pada Wilayah Hukum Kepolisian Sektor Gedebage Kota Bandung. Empati dalam Kualitas Polsek Gedebage mulai dari keterlibatan kepala polsek dalam memberikan pelayanan lewat perencanaan program dan evaluasi kegiatan setiap seminggu sekali responsivitas terhadap semua pengaduan yang disampaikan oleh warga kepada polsek Gedebage itu sendiri. Kelima, Bukti Fisik dalam Kualitas Pelayanan Keamanan pada Wilayah Hukum Kepolisian Sektor Gedebage Kota Bandung. Gedebage sub-district is an area with sub-district population data divided into four sub-districts including Rancabolang, Rancanumpang, Cisaranten Kidul and Cimincrang sub-districts with a total male and female population of 43,399 people. In response to this, the Gedebage Police formed a team tasked with controlling this crime by providing quality security services in Gedebage District. ENGLISH: This research aims to find out how the quality of security services is in an effort to reduce the crime rate in Gedebage District. The theory used in this research is the service quality theory from Zeithaml et al with the first five dimensions, second reliability, third responsiveness, fourth assurance, fifth empathy, and tangibles. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documents, and audio and visual material (Sugiyono, 2020) theory. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the quality of security services in the Gedebage Police Sector which is linked to theoretical dimensions contains at least five things. Reliability in the Quality of Security Services in the Legal Area of the Gedebage Police Sector, Bandung City. Police officers have fulfilled their duties and functions in each field, but in the Bhanbinkamtinmas sector there is a shortage of personnel because one employee looks after one sub-district. Second, Bhabin's responsiveness to problems can still be resolved because Bhabin outside of working hours must also remain on standby with the task of providing services to the community. Third, Guarantee in the Quality of Security Services in the Legal Area of the Bandung City Gedebage Police Sector. Empathy in the quality of the Gedebage Police starts from the involvement of the police chief in providing services through program planning and activity evaluation once a week, responsiveness to all complaints submitted by residents to the Gedebage police station itself. Fifth, Physical Evidence in the Quality of Security Services in the Legal Area of the Bandung City Gedebage Sector Police.
