Abstract

Penelitian ini diawali dari banyaknya kasus peserta didik yang tidak disiplin, baik disiplin masuk sekolah, disiplin tata tertib di sekolah dan juga disiplin dalam belajar. Oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya untuk mengatasi kesalahan-kesalahan tersebut dengan dilaksanakannya program keagamaan dan dengan tertanamnya kecerdasan spiritual untuk dapat membantu peserta didik memiliki kedisiplinan yang baik layaknya seorang pelajar. Penelitian inipun didasarkan pada suatu pemikiran bahwa kedisiplinan peserta didik dipengaruhi oleh pelaksanaan program keagamaan yang baik dan tingkat kecerdasan spiritual yang tinggi, artinya program keagamaan dan kecerdasan spiritual berhubungan dengan kedisiplinan peserta didik. Atas dasar tersebut, diajukan hipotesis bahwa: semakin baik program keagamaan dan kecerdasan spiritual peserta didik diduga semakin baik pula kedisiplinan mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) hubungan program keagamaan dengan kedisiplinan peserta didik SMA Al Biruni Cerdas Mulia, (2) hubungan kecerdasan spiritual dengan kedisiplinan peserta didik SMA Al Biruni Cerdas Mulia, (3) hubungan program keagamaan dan kecerdasan spiritual dengan kedisiplinan peserta didik SMA Al Biruni Cerdas Mulia. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, angket dan studi kepustakaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 orang peserta didik. Teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan cara melakukan uji normalitas, uji korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi dan uji regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan analisis kuantitatif diperoleh bahwa: (1) hubungan program keagamaan dengan kedisiplinan memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan angka koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,60 dengan kategori tinggi yang menunjukkan kedisiplinan peserta didik dapat meningkat dengan program keagamaan yang baik.; (2) hubungan kecerdasan spiritual dengan kedisiplinan memiliki hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dengan angka koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,48 dengan kategori sedang yang menunjukkan kedisiplinan peserta didik dapat meningkat dengan kecerdasan spiritual yang tinggi; (3) hubungan program keagamaan dan kecerdasan spiritual dengan kedisiplinan, adalah: (a) koefisien korelasi termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, berdasarkan skor 0,61; (b) hipotesis alternatif (Ha) yang diajukan diterima dan hipotesis nol (Ho) ditolak; (c) kadar kontribusi variabel X1 dan X2 terhadap variabel Y adalah 38%, sehingga masih terdapat faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kedisiplinan yaitu sebesar 62%. ABSTRACT Junaida: The Relationship of Religious Program and Spiritual Intelligence with Students Discipline (The research on students of Al Biruni Cerdas Mulia Senior High School at Bandung City). This research began with many cases of students who were not disciplined, both discipline in entering school, discipline in school and also discipline in learning. Therefore, efforts are needed to overcome these mistakes by implementing religious programs and by embedding spiritual intelligence to be able to help students have good discipline like a student. This research is also based on the idea that student discipline is influenced by the implementation of good religious programs and a high level of spiritual intelligence, meaning that religious programs and spiritual intelligence are related to student discipline. On this basis, a hypothesis is proposed that: the better the religious program and the spiritual intelligence of the students, the better their discipline will be. The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) the relationship between religious programs and discipline has a positive and significant relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.60 with a high category which indicates that student discipline can increase with good religious programs; 2) the relationship between spiritual intelligence and discipline has a positive and significant relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.48 with a medium category which shows that students' discipline can increase with high spiritual intelligence; and (3) the relationship between religious programs and spiritual intelligence with the discipline of students of Al Biruni Cerdas Mulia Senior High School. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. The sample in this study was 52 students. The data processing technique was carried out by conducting a normality test, correlation test, determination coefficient test and multiple linear regression test. Based on quantitative analysis, it was obtained that: (1) the relationship between religious programs and discipline had a positive and significant relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.60 with a high category which showed that student discipline could increase with a good religious program; (2) the relationship between spiritual intelligence and discipline has a positive and significant relationship with a correlation coefficient of 0.48 with a medium category which shows that students' discipline can increase with high spiritual intelligence; (3) the relationship between religious programs and spiritual intelligence with discipline, is: (a) the correlation coefficient is included in the high category, based on a score of 0.61; (b) the proposed alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected; (c) the contribution of variables X1 and X2 to variable Y is 38%, so there are still other factors that can affect discipline, which is 62%.
