Abstract

INDONESIS: Stres akademik sering dialami mahasiswa, terutama pada tahap akhir perkuliahan. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh harga diri dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya terhadap stres akademik menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga diri dan dukungan sosial berpengaruh signifikan dalam menurunkan stres akademik. Tanpa kedua faktor ini, tingkat stres mencapai 49,093. Setiap peningkatan 1% pada harga diri menurunkan stres sebesar 0,005, sementara dukungan sosial menurunkan stres sebesar 0,197. ENGLISH: Academic stress is commonly experienced by students, especially in the final stages of their studies. This study analyzes the influence of self-esteem and peer social support on academic stress using a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. Data were collected through questionnaires. The results indicate that self-esteem and social support significantly reduce academic stress. Without these factors, the stress level reaches 49.093. A 1% increase in self-esteem reduces stress by 0.005, while a 1% increase in social support decreases stress by 0.197.
