Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh thin ideal internalization dan appearance comparison terhadap body dissatisfaction pada remaja perempuan yang merupakan penggemar Kpop. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 203 remaja perempuan yang aktif mengikuti girlgroup Kpop. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda untuk melihat pengaruh kedua variabel prediktor terhadap variabel kriterion. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan nilai F = 182,070 dan p-value = 0,000 < 0,05, yang mengindikasikan bahwa thin ideal internalization dan appearance comparison secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap body dissatisfaction pada remaja perempuan penggemar Kpop, dengan besaran pengaruh sebesar 64,5%. Sedangkan secara parsial, kedua variabel juga menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap body dissatisfaction, yang berarti semakin tinggi thin ideal internalization dan appearance comparison, maka tingkat body dissatisfaction juga meningkat.
