Abstract

INDONESIA: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih banyak peserta didik yang berdegrasi dalam berakhlak mulia sehingga sangat jauh dengan nilai-nilai ajaran agama Islam. Sekolah sebagai institusi pendidikan berperan penting dalam mengatasi permasalahan ini diantara-Nya dengan kepribadian seorang guru PAI yang menjadi figur sentral (al-uswat al-hasanat) untuk peserta didik dan melalui pembiasaan Shalat Dhuha sebagai pembiasaan keagamaan yang termasuk ke dalam intrakurikuler di SMP Negeri 2 Mande. Namun masih ditemukan peserta didik yang masih melakukan hal-hal yang tidak sesuai dengan ajaran agama Islam dan tidak melaksanakan tata tertib di sekolah. Oleh karena itu perlu pengkajian secara holistik dan komprehensif mengenai pengaruh Kepribadian guru PAI dan pembiasaan Shalat Dhuha dalam mewujudkan Akhlak mulia tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepribadian guru PAI dalam mewujudkan Akhlak mulia, pengaruh pembiasaan Shalat Dhuha dalam mewujudkan Akhlak mulia dan mengetahui pengaruh Kepribadian guru PAI dan pembiasaan Shalat Dhuha dalam mewujudkan Akhlak mulia di SMP Negeri 2 Mande Kec. Mande Kab. Cianjur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode rancangan korelasional eksplanatorik. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi angket, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan meliputi uji prasyarat seperti uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedasitas dan uji hipotesis regresi linear sederhana dan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Kepribadian guru PAI memiliki pengaruh dalam mewujudkan Akhlak mulia sebesar 46.7%. Sedangkan untuk sisanya sebesar 52.7 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar dari faktor kepribadian guru PAI. 2) Pembiasaan Shalat Dhuha memiliki pengaruh dalam mewujudkan Akhlak mulia sebesar 53.3%. Sedangkan untuk sisanya sebesar 46.7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar dari faktor pembiasaan Shalat Dhuha. 3) Kepribadian guru PAI dan pembiasaan Shalat Dhuha memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam mewujudkan Akhlak mulia di SMP Negeri 2 Mande sebesar 59.3%. Sedangkan untuk sisanya sebesar 40.7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain di luar dari kepribadian guru PAI dan pembiasaan Shalat Dhuha. ENGLISH: This study is motivated by the fact that there are still many students who are degraded in noble character so that it is very far from the values of Islamic teachings. Schools as educational institutions play an important role in overcoming this problem, among them with the personality of a PAI teacher who becomes a central figure (al-uswat al-hasanat) for students and through the habituation of Dhuha Prayers as a religious habit that is included in the intracurricular at SMP Negeri 2 Mande. However, it is still found that students still do things that are not in accordance with Islamic teachings and do not carry out the rules at school. Therefore, it is necessary to study holistically and comprehensively the influence of the personality of the PAI teacher and the habituation of Dhuha Prayer in realizing the noble character. This study aims to determine the effect of PAI teacher personality in realizing noble morals, the effect of habituation of Dhuha Prayers in realizing noble morals and to determine the effect of PAI teacher personality and habituation of Dhuha Prayers in realizing noble morals at SMP Negeri 2 Mande Kec. Mande Kab. Cianjur. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory correlation design method. Data collection techniques include questionnaires, interviews, observation and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used include prerequisite tests such as validity and reliability tests of instruments, normality tests, linearity tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedacity tests and simple linear regression hypothesis tests and multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study showed that: 1) The personality of PAI teachers has an influence in realizing noble character by 46.7%. While for the remaining 52.3% is influenced by other factors outside of the PAI teacher's personality factor. 2) The habituation of Dhuha prayer has an influence in realizing noble character of 53.3%. While the remaining 46.7% is influenced by other factors outside of the Dhuha Prayer habituation factor. 3) The personality of PAI teachers and the habituation of Dhuha Prayers have a significant influence in realizing noble morals at SMP Negeri 2 Mande by 59.3%. While the remaining 40.7% is influenced by other factors outside of the personality of PAI teachers and the habituation of Dhuha Prayers. ARABIC: الدافع وراء هذا البحث هو حقيقة أنه لا يزال هناك العديد من الطلاب الذين لا يزالون يتحللون من الشخصية النبيلة بحيث تكون بعيدة كل البعد عن قيم التعاليم الإسلامية. وتلعب المدارس كمؤسسات تعليمية دورًا مهمًا في التغلب على هذه المشكلة، من بينها شخصية معلم التربية الإسلامية الذي يصبح شخصية محورية (الوسط الحسنات) للطلاب ومن خلال تعويد الطلاب على صلاة الضحى كعادة دينية مدرجة في المناهج الدراسية الداخلية في مدرسة مانده الثانوية الحكومية. ومع ذلك، لا يزال يتبين أن الطلاب لا يزالون يقومون بأشياء لا تتفق مع التعاليم الإسلامية ولا ينفذون القواعد في المدرسة. ولذلك، من الضروري دراسة تأثير شخصية معلمي التربية الإسلامية وتعويد صلاة الضحى في تحقيق الشخصية النبيلة بشكل كلي وشامل. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أثر شخصية معلم برنامج التربية الدينية الإسلامية في تحقيق الشخصية النبيلة، وأثر التعود على صلاة الضحى في تحقيق الشخصية النبيلة، ومعرفة أثر شخصية معلم برنامج التربية الدينية الإسلامية وتعود صلاة الضحى في تحقيق الشخصية النبيلة في مدرسة مانده الثانوية الحكومية ماندي كيك ماندي كاب سيانجور يستخدم هذا البحث منهجًا كميًا باستخدام أسلوب تصميم الارتباط التوضيحي. وتشمل تقنيات جمع البيانات الاستبيانات والمقابلات والملاحظة والتوثيق. في حين تشمل تقنيات تحليل البيانات المستخدمة اختبارات المتطلبات الأساسية مثل اختبارات صحة الأداة واختبارات الموثوقية، واختبارات المعيارية، واختبارات الخطية، واختبارات تعدد التغاير، واختبارات التغاير واختبارات فرضية الانحدار الخطي البسيط واختبارات الانحدار الخطي المتعدد. أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن ١) أن شخصية معلمي مبادرة التحفيز المهني للمعلمين لها تأثير في تحقيق الشخصية النبيلة بنسبة%, ٤٦.٧. بينما تتأثر النسبة المتبقية البالغة % ٥٢.٧ بعوامل أخرى خارجة عن عامل شخصية معلم مبادرة الشخصية النبيلة. ٢) إن اعتياد صلاة الضحى له تأثير في تحقيق الشخصية النبيلة بنسبة % ٥٣.٣ بينما تتأثر النسبة المتبقية البالغة % ٤٦.٧بعوامل أخرى خارج عامل التعود على صلاة الضحى. ٣) إن شخصية معلمي التربية الإسلامية وتعويد صلاة الضحى لها تأثير كبير في تحقيق الأخلاق النبيلة في مدرسة مانده الثانوية الحكومية ماندي بنسبة٥٩.٣ بينما تتأثر نسبة %٧, ٤٠ المتبقية بعوامل أخرى خارجة عن شخصية معلمي الهيئة وتعويد صلاة الضحى.
