Abstract
INDONESIA: Lahan pasca galian batuan di Indonesia memiliki potensi untuk dimanfaatkan dalam produksi pertanian. Namun kandungan unsur hara yang terbatas terutama N dapat dimanfaatkan dengan menggunakan bahan organik berupa pupuk kandang ayam dan bakteri rhizobium yang diharapkan mampu untuk meningkatkan nodulasi dan ketersediaan N. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui interaksi antara pupuk kandang ayam dan bakteri rhizobium dalam meningkatkan nodulasi, ketersediaan N dan produktivitas kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merril) pada tanah pasca galian batuan serta mengetahui aplikasi pupuk kandang ayam dan bakteri rhizobium manakah yang paling berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan nodulasi, ketersediaan N serta produktivitas kedelai (Glycine max (L.) Merril) pada tanah pasca galian batuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial 2 faktor, 8 taraf perlakuan, dan 3 kali ulangan. Faktor pertama terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu Pupuk Kandang Ayam (b0 : Kontrol, b1 : 15 g polybag-1, b2 : 30 g polybag-1, dan b3 : 45 g polybag-1), faktor kedua terdiri dari 2 taraf yaitu bakteri rhizobium m0 : kontrol, dan m1 : 10 g kg-1. Pupuk kandang ayam dan bakteri rhizobium dapat meningkatkan c-organik dan n tersedia dalam tanah, diameter nodul akar efektif, serta hasil tanaman kedelai. Pupuk kandang ayam 15 t ha-1 memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap c-organik, n tersedia dalam tanah serta hasil pada tanaman kedelai begitu pula dengan penambahan 10 g kg-1 bakteri rhizobium. ENGLISH: Post-rock excavation land in Indonesia holds potential for agricultural production. However, the limited nutrient content particularly nitrogen (N) can be enhanced by using organic materials such as chicken manure and Rhizobium bacteria which are expected to increase nodulation and nitrogen availability. This study aimed to investigate the interaction between chicken manure and Rhizobium bacteria in enhancing nodulation, nitrogen availability, and the productivity of soybean (Glycine max (L.) Merrill) on post-rock excavation soil, as well as to determine the most effective combination of these treatments. The methodology employed in this study was a 2-factor randomized block design with 8 treatment levels and 3 replications. The first factor consisted of four levels of chicken manure (b0: control, b1: 15 g polybag-1, b2: 30 g polybag-1, b3: 45 g polybag-1), and the second factor consisted of two levels of Rhizobium bacteria (m0: control, m1: 10 g kg-1). The application of chicken manure and Rhizobium bacteria significantly increased soil organic carbon, nitrogen availability, effective root nodule diameter, and soybean yield. The application of chicken manure at 15 t ha-1 resulted in the most significant improvement in soil organic carbon, available nitrogen, and soybean productivity, particularly when combined with 10 g kg-1 of Rhizobium bacteria
