Abstract

Siswa SMK sering menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola waktu belajar dan kegiatan praktik kerja. Rendahnya keterampilan manajemen waktu dapat berdampak pada performa akademik dan keseimbangan kegiatan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dan self-awareness terhadap manajemen waktu pada siswa SMK X di Kabupaten Bandung. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain kausal korelasional. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 77 siswa dari kelas 10 hingga 12, yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi belajar dan self-awareness berpengaruh secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap manajemen waktu. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan aspek internal siswa, khususnya dorongan belajar dan kesadaran diri untuk membentuk keterampilan pengelolaan waktu yang lebih baik di lingkungan pendidikan kejuruan. Vocational high school students often face challenges in managing their study time and internship activities. Limited time management skills can affect academic performance and the balance of students’ daily routines. This study aims to determine the influence of learning motivation and self-awareness on time management among students at SMK X in Bandung Regency. A quantitative approach with a causal-correlational design was used. The sample consisted of 77 students from grades 10 to 12, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that learning motivation and self-awareness have both simultaneous and partial effects on time management. These findings emphasize the importance of strengthening students’ internal aspects, particularly learning motivation and self-awareness, in order to develop better time management skills within the context of vocational education.
