Abstract

Capital in a cooperative is an important element that can affect the productivity of cooperatives. In fact, many cooperatives in Sukabumi City are not productive causing the cooperative to become inactive and closed. To improve the productivity of cooperatives in Sukabumi City, the cooperative office distributes revolving funds intended for optimal capital increase. On the basis of this is behind the researchers to arrange the final thesis task. This study aims to determine how much influence the implementation of revolving funds policy on cooperative productivity at the Department of Cooperatives Industry and Trade In the City of Sukabumi. Researchers use Revolving Fund theory from Utami (2004: 192) in independent variables (X) where the theory studied amounted to four dimensions that play an important role in improving cooperative productivity that is planning, program selection, fund distribution, and fund utilization. As for the productivity of cooperatives using the theory of Ricky W Griffin (2006: 38) as the dependent variable (Y) in which there are four dimensions of investing in innovation and high technology, applying long-term perspective, emphasizing on the quality of work, and improve the service sector. The research method used is quantitative research method with associative approach. Technique of collecting data through observation, literature study and questionnaire distribution to 66 respondents random sampling at cooperative in Sukabumi City. From the results of the research note that the implementation of revolving funds policy has a high enough influence on the productivity of cooperatives based on the calculation of coefficient of determination or R-Square of 18% and entered in the criteria high enough. Therefore, from this research can be concluded that the productivity of cooperatives in Sukabumi City is influenced by the existence of channeling of funds rolling.
