Abstract
INDONESIA: Prokrastinasi dalam ranah akademik kerap dijumpai di kalangan mahasiswa terutama pada mahasiswa akhir yang sedang menyelesaikan skripsi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial terhadap prokrastinasi akademik dalam menyelesaikan skripsi. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan kuantitatif dengan desain kausalitas dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 240 mahasiswa akhir yang sedang mengerjakan skripsi di Kota Bandung yang diperoleh melalui teknik non probability sampling dengan jenis accidental sampling . Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai F = 171,866 dengan p-value 0,000 < 0,05 yang mengindikasikan bahwa efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap prokrastinasi akademik dalam menyelesaikan skripsi dengan kontribusi sebesar 74,5%. Artinya semakin tinggi efikasi diri dan dukungan sosial yang dimiliki, maka semakin rendah tingkat prokrastinasi akademik dalam menyelesaikan skripsi. ENGLISH: Academic procrastination is frequently encountered among university students, especially those in their final year who are completing their undergraduate thesis. This study aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy and social support on academic procrastination in thesis completion. The research employed a quantitative method with a causal design and was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The study involved 240 final-year students in Bandung who were working on their thesis, selected through non-probability sampling with a accidental sampling technique. The results showed an F-value of 171,866 with a p-value of 0,000 < 0.05, indicating that self-efficacy and social support simultaneously have a significant influence on academic procrastination in completing a thesis, with a contribution of 74.5 percent. This implies that the higher the levels of self-efficacy and social support, the lower the level of academic procrastination experienced during thesis completion.
