Abstract
This research, discusses the design and construction of an office security system by monitoring using a mobile telephone network equipped with an auto broadcast reminder system. This task is designed to make it easier for office guards to notify the condition of the door or the house when left empty. The media used is a cellphone by utilizing the calling facility to the number that has been set. This office security system consists of a magnetic switch sensor that serves as input to notify the condition of the door to the microcontroller. The microcontroller used is Arduino Nano. Keypad that functions as input in the form of a password and GSM module that functions as the sender of a call to a certain number. If there are people who do not have a password / code as access into the house, the system will activate a warning alarm by ringing the buzzer and sending a call to the telephone number programmed on the microcontroller. This security system is also equipped with an auto broadcast reminder system as a medium to get important information through a Bluetooth beacon module that will be sent to clients who already have the application.
