Abstract

INDONESIA: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Self-Efficacy dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada pegawai BPH Migas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif-eksplanatif. Sampel berjumlah 100 responden, diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling; data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS (regresi linear berganda dan uji asumsi). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Self-Efficacy (koefisien B = 0,432, p < 0,001)dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis (koefisien B = 0,312, p < 0,001) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Secara simultan kedua variabel tersebut signifikan (Fhitung = 56,322, p < 0,05) dan mampu menjelaskan 53,7% variasi Kinerja Karyawan (R² = 0,537). Kesimpulannya, peningkatan Self-Efficacy dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja pegawai BPH Migas. Rekomendasi praktis meliputi program pelatihan, coaching, dan kebijakan pendukung kesejahteraan psikologis. ENGLISH: This study aims to analyze the effect of Self-Efficacy and Psychological Well-Being on Employee Performance among BPH Migas staff. The research employed a quantitative approach with a descriptive-explanatory design. A total of 100 respondents were selected using simple random sampling; data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS (multiple linear regression and assumption testing). The analysis results show that Self-Efficacy (coefficient B = 0.432, p < 0.001) and Psychological Well-Being (coefficient B = 0.312, p < 0.001) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously, both variables are significant (F = 56.322, p < 0.05) and able to explain 53.7% of the variation in Employee Performance (R² = 0.537). In conclusion, enhancing Self-Efficacy and Psychological Well-Being can encourage improvements in the performance of BPH Migas employees. Practical recommendations include training programs, coaching, and policies that support psychological well-being.
