Abstract
This study aims to describe the violence case by analyzing the sign, object, and interpretant of violence in Kingsman the secret service by Matther Vaugn. This research grounded the theory of semiotics by Charles Sander Pierce. and the author focuses the studies on violence case. The data collected from subtitle and image in the Kingsman: The secret service By Matther Vaugn. This research analyses the sign, object and interpretant in KINGSMAN: The Secret Service By Matthew Vaughn and the author focuses the studies on violence cases. This research conducted analysis by using Charles Sanders Pierce theory in semiotics. The method of the research is a qualitative method, which tried to explain about violence that was represented in KINGSMAN: The Secret Service By Matthew Vaughn. The data used are subtitle text and images in the movie KINGSMAN: The Secret Service By Matthew Vaughn. The results obtained are 10 linguistic signs and 9 visual signs. There is violence in each sign. The most common case that is found in this film is physical violence.
