Abstract
As a base for Islamic education in Indonesia, an islamic boarding School requires an education marketing management to generate new Students who have good quality and quantity of this modernization era. Nuruzzaman Islamic boarding schools is an Islamic boarding school which has the edge interms of products, promotions services and the image of the institution, thus it needs an education marketing management in order that the purpose of education can be achieved. The purpose ofthis research was to describe the natural setting, marketing planning services of boarding schools, organizing marketing boarding school services, implementation of marketing boarding schools services, supervision of boarding school services, mix marketing strategy of boarding school, and the results of marketing services at Nuruzzaman Islamic boarding school Bandung. Education Marketing Management is one of the principal activities under taken by an educational organization/boarding school to sustain their life, to develop, and gain profit through the process of planning, organizing, control, and oversight. The methods used in this research is qualitative, descriptive methods. The technique of data collection conducted with interview techniques, observation, study documentation and transcribing. In analyzing the data used are purely descriptive interpretation and validity test of the data are done by the extension of participation, observations persistence, negative cases analysis, adequacy of reference, detailed description, triangulation, peer examination, member checking and auditing. The research results show that the management of Marketing services in Nuruzzaman Islamic boarding school Bandung in terms of marketing is the dominant institution uses marketing indirectly (indirect marketing), through the website, facebook, and other applications. Educational Marketing planning conducted each towards the acceptance of new students include the formulation of the vision and mission of the institution, segmentation and market placement, the placement position of product, and pricing an educational marketing. Organizing Educational marketing is done to craft a marketing organization and the construction of its members Education Marketing implementation is committed in accordance with the rules that have been planned included promotion and communication as well as the delivery or distribution. Supervision of the educational marketing conducted to discuss the surveillance an annual plan, profitability, supervision, monitoring and supervision of strategic marketing efficiency education as recommendations for subsequent marketing. Promotion and communication is done via advertising/online, information word of mouth, public relations, and direct marketing as well as delivery or distribution. The results of education marketing management increasing the number of applicants from year to year.
