Abstract

Bahasa Indonesia : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Self Efficacy terhadap Academic Dishonesty kepada mahasiswa pengguna chat AI. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif yang berarti hasil penelitiannya akan dideskripsikan menggunakan angka yang dilakukan kepada mahasiswa pengguna chat AI. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Data diambil menggunakan kuisioner untuk mengungkap data Self Efficacy dan Academic Dishonesty pada mahasiswa pengguna chat AI di Fakultas Psikologi UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh simultan variabel bebas yaitu Sel Efficacy terhadap variabel terikat yaitu Academic Dishonesty. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah terdapat pengaruh Self Efficacy terhadap Academic Dishonesty dengan nilai koefisien determinasi 62% dan bersifat negatif yang artinya semakin tinggi Self Efficacy maka akan semakin rendah Academic Dishonesty dan juga sebaliknya semakin rendah Self Efficacy maka akan semakin tinggi Academic Dishonesty-nya. English : This study aims to determine the effect of Self-Efficacy variables on Academic Dishonesty for students who use AI chat. This research is a type of quantitative research, meaning the results of the research will be described using numbers conducted on students who use AI chat. The study was conducted by determining the partial and simultaneous effects of independent variables on the dependent variable. Data were collected using a questionnaire to reveal Self-Efficacy and Academic Dishonesty data on students who use AI chat at the Faculty of Psychology, UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung. The technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression test to determine the simultaneous effect of the independent variable, namely Self-Efficacy, on the dependent variable, namely Academic Dishonesty. The results of the study obtained are that there is an influence of Self-Efficacy on Academic Dishonesty with a coefficient of determination of 62% and is negative, meaning that the higher Self-Efficacy, the lower Academic Dishonesty will be and, the lower Self-Efficacy, the higher Academic Dishonesty.
