INDONESIA : Generasi sandwich menghadapi tekanan peran ganda yang berisiko menurunkan kapasitas resiliensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh spiritualitas dan dukungan sosial terhadap resiliensi pada anggota komunitas @sobatsandwich. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode regresi linear berganda. Responden berjumlah 170 orang yang dipilih menggunakan teknik convenience sampling. Instrumen penelitian meliputi Daily Spiritual Experience Scale (DSES), Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), dan Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC-10) yang telah diadaptasi sesuai konteks generasi sandwich. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden memiliki tingkat spiritualitas dan dukungan sosial yang tinggi, namun tingkat resiliensinya rendah. Hasil uji hipotesis membuktikan bahwa spiritualitas dan dukungan sosial secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap resiliensi dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,05) dan kontribusi nilai R Square sebesar 63,8%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun faktor internal dan eksternal telah tersedia, beratnya beban objektif generasi sandwich membuat peningkatan resiliensi memerlukan dukungan yang tidak hanya bersifat emosional, namun juga lebih praktis. ENGLISH : The sandwich generation faces multiple role strain, which poses a risk to their resilience capacity. This study aims to determine the influence of spirituality and social support on resilience among members of the @sobatsandwich community. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple linear regression analysis. The respondents consisted of 170 individuals selected through an accidental sampling technique. The research instruments included the Daily Spiritual Experience Scale (DSES), the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS), and the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC-10), which has been adapted to the sandwich generation context. Descriptive results indicated that while the majority of respondents exhibited high levels of spirituality and social support, their resilience levels remained low. The hypothesis testing results demonstrated that spirituality and social support simultaneously have a significant influence on resilience, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05) and an R-Square contribution of 63.8%. These findings suggest that despite the availability of internal and external factors, the objective burden of the sandwich generation necessitates support that is not only emotional but also more practical in nature.
