Abstract

INDONESIA: Organisasi non-profit berupa kepengurusan pesantren Daarul Muqorrobin dituntut agar mampu memiliki kinerja baik di tengah karakteristik struktur besar dan ketugasan yang heterogen. Fenomena ini dianggap memiliki hubungan dengan kohesivitas kelompok dan komitmen organisasi dari pengurus. Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji hubungan antara kohesivitas kelompok dan komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja tim pengurus pesantren Daarul Muqorrobin. Penelitian jenis kuantitatif dengan teknik non probability sampling jenis purposive sampling yang dilakukan terhadap sampel sebanyak 132 responden dengan kriteria jabatan sebagai tim di bawah bidang pengasuhan divisi pendidikan. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara kohesivitas kelompok dan komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja tim adalah Uji multi-korelasional. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai R=0.570 dengan nilai signifikan 0.000, artinya nilai signifikansi <0.005 yang berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan antara kohesivitas kelompok dan komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja tim dengan tingkat korelasi sedang. ENGLISH: The non-profit organization in the form of management of the Islamic Boarding School Daarul Muqorrobin is required to be able to have good performance amidst the characteristics of a large structure and heterogeneous assignments. This phenomenon is considered to have a relationship with group cohesiveness and organizational commitment from the board. So the purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between group cohesiveness and organizational commitment to the team performance of the Islamic boarding school Daarul Muqorrobin. This is a quantitative research using a non-probability sampling technique of purposive sampling which was conducted on a sample of 132 respondents with the criteria of being in a team under the education division of parenting. The analysis used to examine the relationship between group cohesiveness and organizational commitment to team performance is a multi-correlational test. The results of the analysis show that the value of R = 0.570 with a significant value of 0.000, meaning a significant value <0.005 which means that there is a relationship between group cohesiveness and organizational commitment to team performance with a moderate correlation level.
