Abstract

INDONESIA: Skripsi ini berjudul “Pengaruh Study Demands-Resources terhadap Academic Buoyancy pada Anggota HMI Komisariat Psikologi”. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional, melibatkan 87 anggota aktif HMI Komisariat Psikologi yang dipilih melalui teknik sensus. Instrumen yang digunakan ialah Study Demands and Resources Scale (SDRS) dan Academic Buoyancy Scale (ABS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa study demands memiliki hubungan negatif yang cukup berpengaruh signifikan terhadap academic buoyancy, sedangkan study resources tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel memiliki pengaruh terhadap academic buoyancy tetapi tidak memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa ketahanan akademik mahasiswa organisasi tidak hanya ditentukan oleh tuntutan dan sumber daya akademik, tetapi juga oleh faktor psikologis lain yang lebih kompleks. ENGLISH: This thesis is entitled "The Influence of Study Demands-Resources on Academic Buoyancy in Members of the HMI Psychology Commission". This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational method, involving 87 active members of the HMI Psychology Commission selected through a census technique. The instruments used are the Study Demands and Resources Scale (SDRS) and the Academic buoyancy Scale (ABS). The results of the study indicate that study demands have a negative relationship with a significant effect on academic buoyancy, while study resources do not have a significant effect. Simultaneously, both variables have an influence on academic buoyancy but do not provide a significant contribution. This finding indicates that the academic resilience of student organizations is not only determined by academic demands and resources, but also by other, more complex psychological factors.
