Abstract

INDONESIA: Santri yang melakukan pengabdian di pondok pesantren menghadapi berbagai tuntutan dan tanggung jawab yang dapat memengaruhi psychological well-being. Namun, tidak sedikit santri yang tetap bertahan menjalankan pengabdian dalam jangka waktu yang lama serta memaknai pengabdian secara positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh prosocial behavior dan student-teacher relationship terhadap psychological well-being santri yang melakukan pengabdian di Pondok Pesantren Salafy X. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional dengan sifat kausalitas dengan teknik analisis regresi berganda. Sebanyak 109 santri pengabdi terlibat dalam penelitian ini dan dikumpulkan melalui teknik sensus. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Psychological Well-Being Scale, Personality Prosocial Battery, dan Student-Teacher Relationship Scale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial maupun simultan antara prosocial behavior dan student-teacher relationship terhadap psychological well-being pada santri yang melakukan pengabdian di Pondok Pesantren Salafy X. ENGLISH: Students serving at Islamic boarding schools face various demands and responsibilities that can affect their psychological well-being. However, many students persist in their service over the long term and view their service positively. This study aims to determine the influence of prosocial behavior and the student-teacher relationship on the psychological well-being of students serving at Pondok Pesantren Salafy X. The method used was a quantitative correlational approach with a causal nature employing multiple regression analysis. A total of 109 student volunteers participated in this study, and data were collected through a census. The instruments used were the Psychological Well-Being Scale, the Personality Prosocial Battery, and the Student-Teacher Relationship Scale. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence, both partially and simultaneously, of prosocial behavior and the student-teacher relationship on the psychological well-being of students engaged in community service at Pondok Pesantren Salafy X.
