Abstract
Analisis ketahanan (survival) merupakan cabang statistik yang melibatkan waktu antar kejadian yang dapat dianalisis dengan menggunakan model Cox Proportional Hazard. Model Cox Proportional Hazard adalah model semiparametrik dan bentuk fungsi baseline hazard tidak dapat diketahui secara pasti namun dapat diasumsikan atau ditetapkan suatu distribusi tertentu, salah satunya distribusi Weibull. Selain itu, konsep penyensoran membedakan analisis survival dengan analisis statistik lainnya. Penyensoran kanan, penyensoran kiri, dan penyensoran interval digunakan sebagai jenis penyensoran yang diterapkan dalam membangun model dan fungsi likelihood serta simulasi estimasi. Simulasi estimasi parameter dilakukan dengan menggunakan Maksimum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) dengan pendekatan Newton-Raphson. Hasil akhir yang diperoleh adalah nilai parameter skala, parameter bentuk dan dua koefisien dari variabel prediktor. Sehingga dapat dibentuk model Cox Proportional Hazard distribusi Weibull data tersensor kanan, tersensor kiri, dan tersensor interval serta interpretasi terhadap rasio hazard. The survival analysis is a statistical branch involving the time events can be analyzed using the Cox Proportional Hazard model. Cox Proportional Hazard model is a semiparametric model and the baseline hazard function form can not be known certainly but can be assumed or assigned a particular distribution, one of them is Weibull distribution. In addition, concept of censoring distinguishes survival analysis with other statistical analyzes. Right censored, left censored, and interval censored are used as type of censoring applied in constructing likelihood functions and estimate simulation. The simulation of parameter estimate uses Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) method with Newton-Raphson approach. Result of study is the value of scale parameter, form parameter and two coefficients of predictor variable. Therefore, Weibull Cox Proportional Hazard model for right, left dan interval censored data can be formed and also interpretation hazard ratio.
