Abstract

ENGLISH: The Technical Guidelines for the Personal Pancawaluya Scholarship specify four assessment aspects in the complementary selection process but do not specify criterion weights or a procedure for combining scores into a ranking. This study applies the Entropy–Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to generate weights based on the discriminatory power of the data, preference values, and alternative rankings, as well as to analyze the sensitivity and stability of the rankings to weight changes. The study uses a quantitative approach with a computational implementation design on three synthetic datasets, namely S1, S2, and S3, each consisting of 15 alternatives and four benefit criteria. Entropy is used to calculate criterion weights, while SAW is used for normalization, preference value calculation, and ranking. Sensitivity analysis is performed using a one-at-a-time approach with weight changes of ±5%, ±10%, and ±20%, resulting in 24 cases for each dataset or 72 cases in total. Stability is measured using Spearman rank correlation, the number and proportion of alternatives with changed positions, and changes in the top-ranked alternative. The results show that S1 ranks A10 first with a preference value of 0.950225, S2 ranks A14 first with 0.975234, and S3 ranks A8 first with 0.914572. In S1, ranking changes occur in 6 of 24 cases without a change in the top-ranked alternative. S2 remains stable in all 24 cases. S3 experiences ranking changes in all 24 cases and a change in the top-ranked alternative in 6 cases. Based on the tested weight changes, S2 shows the highest ranking stability, while S3 shows the highest sensitivity.
