Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang paling dominan dan berperan dalam mengantarkan keberhasilan madrasah dalarn prestasi akademik dan nonakademik adalah faktor kepala madrasah. Kepala madrasah bertanggung jawab atas penyelenggaraan kegiatan pendidikan, administrasi madrasah, pembinaan tenaga kependidikan lainnya dan pendayagunaan serta pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana. Selain kepala madrasah, prestasi akademik dan non akademik madrasah juga ditentukan oleh pengawas madrasah. Karena pengawas mempunyai peranan pentring dalam melakukan pengawasan dan pembinaan pengelolaan madrasah terhadap kepala madrasah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peaksanaan supervisi akademik dan manajerial di MTs AL-Hasbilah Cisompet Garut mulai dari latar alamiah MTs Al- Hasbilah, pelaksanaan supervise akademik kepala MTs AL-Hasbilah, pelaksanaan supervise manajerial di MTs AL-Hasbilah, faktor pendukung dan penghambat, dan hasil yang dicapai dari pelaksanaan supervise akademik dan manajerial di MTs Al-Hasbilah Cisompet Garut. Supervisi merupakan segala bantuan dari para pemimpin sekolah, yang tertuju kepada perkembangan kepemimpinan, guru-guru dan personel sekolah lainnya di dalam mencapai tujuan-tujuan pendidikan. Fungsi supervisi menurut ametembun terbagi menjadi empat fungsi yaitu : fungsi penelitian, fungsi penilaian, fngsi perbaikan dan fungsi pembinaan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala MTs dan pengawas MTs AL-Hasbilah. Objek penelitian ini adalah Supervisi Akademik dan Manajerial di MTs Al-Hasbilah Cisompet Garut. Adapun metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu: unitisasi data, kategorisasi data dan penafsiran data. Hasil penelitian tentang Supervisi Akademik dan Manajerial Madrasah di MTs Al- Hasbilah Cisompet Garut : 1) MTs Al-Hasbilah di dirikan pada tahun 2010 yang langsung beroperasi pada tahun pelajaran 2010-2011. MTs Al-Hasbilah ini memiliki ijin Operasional pada tanggal 06 Bulan Oktober Tahun 2011. 2) pelaksanan kegiatan supervisi akademik di MTs Al-Hasbilah di laksanakan oleh kepala MTs. Dalam pelakasanaan kegiatannya setidaknya terbagi menajadi tiga tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. 3) Pelaksanaan kegiatan supervisi manajerial dilakukan oleh pengawas MTs Al-Hasbilah setidaknya dalam pelaksanaanya terbagi menjadi tiga tahap yaitu tahap perencanaan, tahap monitoring pembinaan dan tahap evaluasi pelaksanaan program. 4) hasil dari kegiatan supervise akademik dapat terlihat pada dampak pembelajaran (Prestasi) dan hasil dari pelaksanaan supervisi manajerial dapat diliohat dari dampak kepemimpinan kepala MTs dan pengelolaan MTs. 5) Faktor penunjang dan penghambat kegiatan supervisi akademik dan manajerial di MTs Al Hasbilah tidak terlepas dari dua faktor yaitu faktor materil (sarpras) dan non materil (kultur) ABSTRACT Aceng Fathurrahman : Academic Supervision and Managerial Madrasah (Research in Al-Hasbilah Cisompet Garut Mts) One of the most dominant and instrumental factors in delivering madrasah success in academic and non-academic achievements is the madrasa head factor. The head of the madrasah is responsible for carrying out educational activities, madrasah administration, coaching other education personnel and utilizing and maintaining facilities and infrastructure. In addition to madrasah heads, madrasah academic and non-academic achievements are also determined by madrasa supervisors. Because supervisors have the role of pentring in supervising and guiding the management of madrassas against madrasa heads. This study aims to describe the implementation of academic and managerial supervision in MTs AL-Hasbilah Cisompet Garut starting from the natural setting of MTs Al-Hasbilah, the implementation of academic supervision of the head of the AL- Hasbilah MTs, the implementation of managerial supervision in AL-Hasbilah MTs, supporting and inhibiting factors, and the results achieved from the implementation of academic and managerial supervision at Al-Hasbilah Cisompet Garut MTs. Supervision is all assistance from school leaders, which is focused on the development of leadership, teachers and other school personnel in achieving educational goals. The supervision function according to Ametembun is divided into four functions: research function, assessment function, repair function and coaching function. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subject of this study was the head of MTs and supervisors of MTs AL-Hasbilah. The object of this research is Academic and Managerial Supervision in Al-Hasbilah Cisompet Garut MTs. The data collection method uses interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques in this study used qualitative descriptive data analysis, namely: data unitization, data categorization and data interpretation. The results of research on Madrasah Academic and Managerial Supervision in Al-Hasbilah Cisompet Garut MTs: 1) Al-Hasbilah MTs was established in 2010 which immediately operated in the 2010-2011 school year. Al-Hasbilah MTs has an Operational Permit on 06 October 2011. 2) the implementation of academic supervision activities at Al-Hasbilah MTs is carried out by the head of MTs. In the implementation of its activities at least divided into three stages, namely the planning, implementation and evaluation stages. 3) The implementation of managerial supervision activities carried out by the MTs Al-Hasbilah supervisors at least in its implementation is divided into three stages, namely the planning stage, the monitoring monitoring stage and the evaluation phase of the program implementation. 4) the results of the activities of academic supervision can be seen in the impact of learning (Achievement) and the results of the implementation of managerial supervision can be seen from the impact of the leadership of the MTs head and the management of MTs. 5) Supporting and inhibiting factors of academic and managerial supervision activities at MTs Al Hasbilah cannot be separated from two factors: material factors (facilities) and non- material (culture)
