Abstract

Adanya anggapan peserta didik terhadap konsep koloid, yang bersifat konfleks dan abstrak membuat peserta didik cenderung menghapal konsep akibatnya pemahaman konsep pembuatan koloid, sifat koloid dan konsep dalam kehidupan sehari-hari rendah. Diperlukan suatu lembar kerja (LK) yang dapat memberikan pengalaman langsung, memotivasi siswa, dan dekat dengan kehidupan sehari-hari sehingga dapat mempermudah menguasai pemahaman konsep dan meningkatkan kemampuan praktik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan LK berbasis TEA, menganalisis hasil uji kelayakan LK berbasis TEA, dan menentukan karakteristik losion tabir surya dari ekstrak aseton kencur. Lembar kerja dibuat menggunakan metode research and development. Prosedur dalam lembar kerja ditentukan melalui pembuatan losion tabir surya dari ekstrak aseton kencur. Format lembar kerja yang telah dihasilkan selanjutnya dilakukan uji validasi dan uji terbatas. Hasil uji validasi terhadap format LK dinyatakan valid, dengan nilai rata-rata rhitung yang diperoleh sebesar 0,78 dan hasil rata-rata persentase keterbacaan LK adalah 88,2%, sedangkan hasil karakteristik losion tabir surya yaitu komposisi losion 10 g lidah buaya, 4 g minyak, 5 g beeswax, ekstrak kencur 0,1 g dengan karakteristik lembut, agak kekuningan, seperti gel, homogen, tidak lengket dan pH 4,94 mendekati standar SNI 164399. The purpose of this study was to develop a TEA-based worksheet, analyze the results of feasibility tests on TEA-based worksheets, and determine the characteristics of sunscreen lotion from acetone kencur extract. Worksheets are made using research and development methods. The procedure in the worksheet was determined by making sunscreen lotion from acetone kencur extract. The results of the validation test state that the worksheet is valid with an average calculated value of 0.77 and the average result of the readability of the worksheet is 96.87%, for the characteristic results of a sunscreen lotion with a composition of 10gram aloe vera, 4gram oil, a 5gram besswax, and 0,1gram of kencur extract obtained soft, slightly yellowish lotion results, such as gel, homogeneous, non-sticky, and pH 4.94 approaching SNI 164399 standard.
