Abstract

INDONESIA: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi bahwa MTs Assuruur dari Awal berdirinya telah mengusung lima Filsafah Panca Jiwa pondok yang terdiri dari jiwa keikhlasan, kesederhanaan, berdikari, ukhuwah Islamiyah, dan kebebasan. Falsafah ini untuk ditanamkan dan diamalkan oleh setiap siswa melalui budaya organisasi. melalui budaya organisasi, diharapkan kepercayaan diri siswa terbentuk dengan sendirinya, walaupun ada saja siswa yang kemandirian emosional, kemandirian perilaku, dan kemandirian nilai masih kurang dan belum tereksplor dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan panca jiwa, budaya organisasi pondok dalam membentuk kemandirian diri siswa, dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keduanya secara bersama-sama. Acuan teori yang dipakai dalam penerapan panca jiwa memakai teori Iman Zarkasyi,. Sedangkan untuk budaya organisasi, mengacu pada Step Heen P.Robbins dan Moh. Pabundutika, serta untuk kemandirian diri, mengambil teori dari Peter Low Lauster,. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yaitu penelitian ilmiah yang sistematis terhadap bagian-bagian dan fenomena yang berbentuk angka-angka. Teknik pengumpulan data utama yang digunakan adalah melalui angket, kemudian didukung oleh observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini: 1) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara (X1) dan (X2 ) terhadap pembentukan kemandirian siswa yang di tunjukan thitung > ttabel (7,065 > 1,995). Pengujian ini menunjukan H1 di terima dan H0 di tolak. Kontribusi penerapan panca jiwa dalam model Summary nilai R2 sebesar 0,777 atau 77,7% terhadap (Y), 2) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara keduanya yang di tunjukan dari Thitung > T tabel (2,407 > 1,995). Pengujian ini menunjukan bahwa H1 diterima dan H0 di tolak. Kontribusi (X2) pada tabel model Summary nilai R2 sebesar 0,624 atau 62,4% terhadap (Y), 3) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan Signifikan antara keduanya yang di tunjukan dengan Fhitung >F tabel (122,904 > 3,132). Nilai signifikan si F untuk variabel (X1) dan (X2 ) adalah 0,000 dan nilai tersebut lebih kecil dari pada probabilitas 0,05 ( 0,000 < 0,05) sehingga dalam pengujian ini menunjukan bahwa H1 di terima Ho di Tolak. Hal ini berarti bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara keduanya. Dan kontribusi penerapan (X1) dan (X2) terhadap (Y) sebesar 78,3% sedangkan sisanya yaitu 21,7%, harus dijelaskan oleh paktor-faktor penyebab lainya yang berasal dari luar regresi. ENGLISH: This research is based on the background that MTs Assuruur from its inception has carried five Panca Soul Soul Philosophy consisting of sincerity, simplicity, self-reliance, Islamic brotherhood and freedom. This philosophy is to be instilled and practiced by each student through organizational culture. through organizational culture, it is expected that students' self-confidence is formed by themselves, even though there are only students who are emotionally independent, independent of behavior, and independence of values are still lacking and have not been explored properly. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of the five souls, cottage organizational culture in shaping the self-independence of students, and to know the influence of both together. The theory reference used in the application of the five souls uses the theory of Zarkasyi Faith. As for organizational culture, refer to Step Heen P. Robbins and Moh. Pabundutika, as well as for self-reliance, take the theory of Peter Low Lauster. This study uses the Mixed Method Reaserch approach, which combines quantitative and qualitative research methods. The main data collection technique used is through questionnaires, then supported by interviews, observation and documentation studies. The results of this study: 1) there is a positive and significant influence between (X1) and (X2) on student independence formation shown in tcount> t table (7.065> 1.995). This test shows H1 is received and H0 is rejected. Contribution of the application of the five souls in the model Summary R2 value of 0.777 or 77.7% of (Y), 2) There is a positive and significant influence between the two which is shown from Thitung> T table (2.407> 1.995). This test shows that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Contribution (X2) in the model table Summary R2 value of 0.624 or 62.4% of (Y), 3) There is a positive and significant influence between the two which is indicated by Fcount> F table (122.904> 3.132). The significant value of F for the variables (X1) and (X2) is 0,000 and the value is smaller than the probability of 0.05 (0,000 <0.05) so that in this test shows that H1 is accepted by Ho in Reject. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between the two. And the contribution of the application (X1) and (X2) to (Y) is 78.3% while the rest is 21.7%, it must be explained by other factors that come from outside the regression.
