Abstract

The research was aimed to evaluate dry matter and organic matter digestibility of fermentation product of bioethanol processing waste by Trichoderma viride and Saccharomyces cereviseae. The treatments used were feed with a composition of 100% grass (R1), 50% grass + 50% concentrate (R2), 50% grass + 25% concentrate + 25% fermentation products (R3), and n 50% grass + 50% fermentation products (R4). The design used was a completely randomized design with 4 treatments and 5 replications. Parameters measured were dry matter digestibility and organic matter digestibility. The results indicated that addition of fermentation products into the feed given a significant effect (P<0.01) to dry matter and organic matter digestibility. Feed with R3 treatment has the highest dry matter and organic matter digestibility were 77,06% and 49,59%.
