Abstract

INDONESIA Hasan Al Banna melalui gerakan Ikhwanul Muslimun ikut memberi inspirasi dalam pembaruan Islam pada abad ke-20. Pemikiran Hasan Al Banna berpencar ke berbagai negara. Di Indonesia, pemikiran Hasan Al Banna tersebar melalui gerakan jamaah Tarbiyah, setelah melalui beberapa fase, gerakan ini kemudian mengambil bentuk sebuah organisasi politik dengan nama Partai Keadilan Sejahtera. Sepak terjang PKS tidak bisa lepas dari pengaruh pemikiran Hasan Al Banna. Penelitian ini akan fokus pada pengaruh pemikiran Hasan Al Banna terhadap etika politik Partai Keadilan Sejahtera. Serta realitas yang terjadi di lapangan juga gagasan-gagasan Hasan Al Banna di tengah-tengah praktek politik PKS Berdasarkan uraian di atas, terdapat beberapa rumusan masalah sebagai berikut, pertama, bagaimana latar belakang pemikiran etika politik Hasan Al Banna; kedua, bagaimana pengaruh etika politik Hasan Al Banna terhadap etika politik Partai Keadilan Sejahtera tahun 2004-2014. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian sejarah secara kualitatif yang dilakukan dengan empat tahapan yaitu heuristik, kritik, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Adapun pendekatan teoritis yang digunakan adalah pendekatan psikologi sosial dan sosiologi, khususnya pendekatan teori sosialisasi dan peran serta kelompok sosial. Berdasarkan penelitian disimpulkan bahwa, pertama, etika politik Hasan Al Banna merupakan pemikiran yang muncul sebagai dampak pergulatan yang dialami oleh Hasan Al Banna dan dipengaruhi oleh keluarga, pendidikan, pergaulan, agama, dan situasi lingkungan tempatnya hidup pada waktu itu yakni suasana Mesir yang sedang dikuasai Inggris dan kondisi Islam yang sedang mengalami keterpurukan; kedua, etika politik PKS sepanjang kurun waktu 2004-2014 sangat terlihat terutama dalam etika berpolitik dan pembinaan keanggotaan. Namun demikian, pada praktiknya di lapangan terdapat beberapa perbedaan yang mencolok. Perbedaan-perbedaan itu menimbulkan munculnya dua kelompok yang saling berseberangan dalam menafsirkan gagasan-gagasan Hasan Al Banna yaitu kelompok idealis yang cenderung ortodoks dan kelompok pragmatis yang cenderung progresif. In Indonesia, Hasan Al Banna's thoughts were spread through the Tarbiyah congregation movement, after going through several phases, this movement then took the form of a political organization called the Prosperous Justice Party. PKS's actions cannot be separated from the influence of Hasan Al Banna's thoughts. This study will focus on the influence of Hasan Al Banna's thinking on the political ethics of the Prosperous Justice Party. As well as the reality that took place in the field were also Hasan Al Banna's ideas in the midst of PKS political practices Based on the description above, there are several problem formulations as follows, first, what is the background of Hasan Al Banna's political ethics thinking; second, how the influence of Hasan Al Banna's political ethics on the political ethics of the Prosperous Justice Party in 2004-2014. This research method uses qualitative historical research methods carried out with four stages, namely heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The theoretical approach used is the approach of social psychology and sociology, specifically the approach to socialization theory and the participation of social groups. Based on the research it was concluded that, first, Hasan Al Banna's political ethics was a thought that emerged as the impact of the struggle experienced by Hasan Al Banna and influenced by family, education, association, religion, and the environmental situation in which he lived at that time, namely the Egyptian atmosphere under control England and the condition of Islam that is experiencing a downturn; second, PKS political ethics throughout the period 2004-2014 is very visible, especially in political ethics and membership formation. However, in practice in the field there are some striking differences. These differences lead to the emergence of two opposing groups in interpreting Hasan Al Banna's ideas, namely idealist groups that tend to be orthodox and pragmatic groups that tend to be progressive.
