Abstract

INDONESIA: Sekolah Dasar Islam Terpadu Sekolah Unggulan Islam (SDIT SUIS)Tamansari Bogor merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam formal swasta yang menerapkan program Tahfidz Quran sebagai salah satu standar kompetensi lulusannya sebagai respon dari kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap pendidikan Islam yang unggul. Untuk melaksanakan program tahfidz tersebut tentu membutuhkan manajerial yang baik. Dalam pelaksanaannya di SDIT SUIS perencanaan belum meilbatkan pendidik secara langsung, pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan sangat sederhana, penggerakan tidak memaksimalkan fungsi motivasi dan proses penerimaan peserta didik yang tidak ketat membuat ketidakmerataan dalam pencapaian hasil program. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan mengkritisi manajemen program tahfidz Quran SDIT SUIS, faktor penunjang dan penghambat manajemen program tahfidz Quran SDIT SUIS serta hasil yang telah di capai oleh program tahfidz Quran di SDIT SUIS. Penelitian ini berangkat dari pemikiran bahwa salah satu faktor yang dapat menunjang keberhasilan proses pendidikan Islam adalah pendidikan Al-Quran. Peserta didik perlu diberikan pendidikan dan bimbingan Al-Quran agar potensi peserta didik dapat berkembang secara efektif berdasarkan nilai-nilai Al-Quran. Dalam pendidikan, bimbingan tersebut dapat diberikan melalui program Tahfidz Quran. Untuk melaksanakan program unggulan ini tentunya perlu didukung oleh manajemen program yang baik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode kualitatif, metode ini mendeskripsikan manajemen program unggulan tahfidz Quran SDIT SUIS. Data yang diperoleh berupa hasil observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Untuk menganalisis data dilakukan dengan mengunitisasi data, kategorisasi data dan penafsiran data. Adapun uji absah data dilakukan dengan cara memperpanjang keikutsertaan, mengadakan triangulasi, kecukupan referensi, analisis kasus negatif, dan auditing untuk kriteria kepastian. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh simpulan bahwa Di SDIT SUIS pelaksanaan manajemen program tahfidz Quran yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakkan, dan pengendalian belum maksimal. Metode tilawah SUIS, kompetensi pendidik dan program kaderisasi menjadi salah satu faktor penunjang pelaksanaan program tahfidz Quran meski sedikit terhambat oleh faktor input peserta didik. Adapun hasil yang dicapai ialah meningkatnya kemampuan baca Quran dan menghafal Quran di kalangan peserta didik dari tahun ke tahun. ENGLISH: Islam primary school school flagship of Islam (SDIT SUIS) Tamansari Bogor is a formal Islamic education institutions that implemented the program Tahfidz the Quran as one of the standards of competence of graduates in response to community needs against the superior Islamic education. To implement the tahfidz programme is certainly in need of a good managerial. In practice in the SDIT SUIS involves yet planning educators directly, organizing is done with very simple, actuating not maximize function of motivation and the process of acceptance of learners who are not strictly making uneven results in the achievement of program. The purpose of this research is to find out and critiquing the program management tahfidz Quran SDIT SUIS, supporting and restricting factors of program management tahfidz Quran SDIT SUIS and the results that have been achieved by the program tahfidz in the Quran in the SDIT SUIS. This study departs from the notion that one of the factors that can support the success of the process of Islamic education is education of the Quran. Learners need to be given the education and guidance of the Quran so that potential participants can develop effectively based on the values of the Qur'an. In education, the guidance can be given through the program Tahfidz the Koran. To implement this flagship program certainly needs to be supported by a good program management. The research was conducted using qualitative methods, this method describes the management program of the flagship tahfidz Quran SDIT SUIS. Data obtained in the form of observations, interviews, documents and studies. To analyze data is done with the uniting data, data categorization and data interpretation. As for the data relating to the tests carried out by way of extending participation, triangulation, adequacy of reference, negative case analysis, and auditing for criteria of certainty of research results obtained conclusions that in the SDIT SUIS tahfidz Quran program management implementation that includes planning, organizing, actuating and controlling hasn't been fullest. Methods of recitations of SUIS, the competence of educators and program cadre recruitment became one of the factors supporting the implementation of the programme tahfidz the Koran even though slightly hampered by the input factors for learners. As for results achieved is the increasing ability of memorizing the Koran and read the Koran among learners from year to year. ARABIC: المدرسة الابتدائية هي الرائدة في الإسلام ( (SDIT SUIS تامانصاري بوجور هي مؤسسات التعليم الإسلامي الرسمية التي نفذت برنامج لحفظ القران كاحد معايير كفاءه الخريجين استجابه لاحتياجات المجتمع ضد التعليم الإسلامي المتفوق. ومن المؤكد ان تنفيذ برنامج تاهفيدز يحتاج إلى أداره جيده. في الممارسة العملية في هذه المدرسة خنزيري ينطوي بعد التخطيط للمعلم مباشره ، عقدت مع بسيط جدا ، المحرك لا يعمل علي تعظيم وظيفة الدافع وتلقي المشاركين في هذه العملية لا تخلق نتيجة ضيقه في تنفيذ البرنامج غير متساوية والغرض من هذا البحث هو معرفه ونقد أداره البرنامج القران الكريم في هذه المدرسة ، ودعم وتقييد عوامل أداره البرنامج تحسين القران الكريم والنتائج التي تحققت من خلال برنامج التجويد في القران في هذه المدرسة. وتنطلق هذه الدراسة من الفكرة القائلة بان أحد العوامل التي يمكن ان تدعم نجاح عمليه التربية الاسلاميه هو تعليم القران. يحتاج المتعلمون إلى التعليم والتوجيه من القران حتى يتمكن المشاركون المحتملون من تطويره بشكل فعال استنادا إلى قيم القران الكريم. وفي مجال التعليم ، يمكن تقديم التوجيه من خلال برنامج تحسين القران. لتنفيذ هذا البرنامج الرئيسي بالتاكيد يحتاج إلى دعم من قبل أداره البرنامج جيده نتائج البحوث التي تم التوصل اليها الاستنتاجات التي في البرنامج التنفيذي في هذه المدرسة القران الكريم تحسين أداره البرامج التي تشمل التخطيط والتنظيم والسيطرة ، و المحرك لم يكن علي أكمل وجه. وقد أصبحت أساليب التقليد الخاصة بالمدرسين وكفاءه المعلمين وتوظيف كوادر البرنامج أحد العوامل الداعمة لتنفيذ برنامج تحسين القران حتى وان اعاقته بشكل طفيف عوامل المدخلات الخاصة بالمتعلمين. اما بالنسبة للنتائج المتحققة فهي زيادة القدرة علي حفظ القران وقراءه القران بين المتعلمين من سنة الا اخرى
