Abstract
INDONESIA Pola makan dapat diartikan sebagai kebiasaan yang berhubungan dengan konsumsi makanan berdasarkan jenis makanan berupa karbohidrat, protein, sayur, buah dan berdasarkan frekuensi yaitu sedikit, banyak, harian, mingguan, bulanan atau tidak sama sekali. Didalam makanan terdapat nutrisi yang berguna untuk menjaga kesehatan dan mencegah penyakit tubuh. Hidangan makanan kini menjadi sangat bervariasi tak sedikit pula makanan tersebut mengandung nutrisi yang tidak baik. Pola makan seperti kelebihan makan atau kurangnya mengkonsumsi makanan bernutrisi hanya akan menimbulkan permasalahan baru dalam tubuh. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat memberikan saran jumlah makanan yang harus dikonsumsi oleh masing-masing individu. Dalam pengembangannya sistem ini menggunakan metode harmony search algorithm untuk menentukan jumlah makanan dan rumus harris benedict untuk menghitung kebutuhan kalori tubuh. ENGLISH Diet can be interpreted as a habit related to food consumption based on the type of food in the form of carbohydrates, protein, vegetables, fruit and based on frequency, which are few, many, daily, weekly, monthly or not at all. In food there are nutrients that are useful for maintaining health and preventin bodily diseases. Food dishes are now very varied, not a few foods contain nutrients that are not good. Diets such as overeating or lack of consuming nutritious foods will only cause new problems in the body. Therefore we need a system that can advise on the amount of food that each individual must consume. In its development, this system uses the harmony search algorithm method to determine the amount of food and the Harris benedict formula to calculate the body's calorie needs.
