Abstract

INDONESIA: Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat memberikan dampak yang sangat besar terhadap proses pertukaran informasi dan sekaligus memberikan kemudahan bagi manusia dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari terutama aktivitas yang terpisah oleh jarak, ruang dan waktu. Internet tidak selalu dimanfaatkan untuk hal-hal yang positif terutama oleh kalangan remaja. Dengan kemajuan teknologi yang semakin canggih pada zaman sekarang ini, remaja semakin mudah dalam mengakses internet. Kebiasaan membuka situs pornografi di internet menimbulkan kecanduan pornografi yang dapat memberikan dampak negatif. Di Indonesia, berbagai upaya telah dilakukan untuk mengantisipasi munculnya situs–situs yang mengandung unsur pornografi. Pemblokiran situs pornografi pun masih kurang efektif karena masih menggunakan pemblokiran melalui url atau link situs sehingga konten di dalamnya belum dapat teridentifikasi apakah itu memuat konten pornografi atau tidak. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu alat dalam pemblokiran situs pornografi melalui media pemfilteran teks dengan menyisipkan ekstensi di google chrome. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan Text Mining untuk menyaring konten yang ada di suatu web kemudian diambil keputusan melalui metode Naive Bayes sehingga sistem yang dibangun mampu mendeteksi situs-situs yang mengandung konten pornografi atau tidak kemudian memblokir situs tersebut dan kata-kata tidak layak di dalam sebuah web dapat tersamarkan. ENGLISH: The development of technology rapidly give a huge impact for information exchange and provide convenience for human doing their daily activities especially activity that are separated by distance, time, and space. The Internet is not always used for positive things especially by adolescents. With an sophisticated technological increasingly, teenagers are to be easy accessing the internet. The habit of opening the pornography’s website in the internet causes addiction of pornography that can give a negative impact. In Indonesia, various efforts have been made to anticipate the appearance the sites that has pornography contain. Blocking pornographic sites are not effective enough because it is still blocking via url or site link so that content on it can not to be identified. Because of that, we necessary a tool in blocking pornography sites through filtering media text by inserting the extension in google chrome. This research have been done using text mining to sift through existing content in a web and then take decisions through by Naive Bayes method so that the system built capable for detecting websites with pornographic content or not then block those sites and words are not worthy in a web can be disguising.
