Abstract

INDONESIA: Kemiskinan di Indonesia masih dirasakan oleh kebanyakan masyarakat. Karena itu pembangunan dalam upaya mensejahterakan masyarakat ini selayaknya menjadi perhatian pemerintah maupun pihak swasta. Namun, keterbatasan dana pembangunan pemerintah dibandingkan dengan kebutuhan pembangunan yang ada, memberikan peluang bagi kalangan swasta agar menggunakan dana Corporate Social Responsibility, untuk mengisi celah pembangunan yang dibutuhkan masyarakat tersebut. Salah satu contoh yang dapat diamati adalah Program CSR Aqua Pabrik Subang dalam upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Pasanggrahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) pelaksanaan program CSR Aqua dalam memberdayakan masyarakat Desa Pasanggrahan, (2) proses pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Pasanggrahan, (3) pengaruh dari program CSR Aqua terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Pasanggrahan. Penelitian ini bertitik tolak bahwa CSR bukanlah kegiatan donasi, lebih dari itu adalah untuk membangun sosial-ekonomi kawasan secara holistik, melembaga dan berkelanjutan, upaya tersebut dapat direalisasikan dengan memberdayakan ekonomi masyarakat. Pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat akan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, sehingga berkurang masalah kemiskinan dan masyarakat menjadi lebih sejahtera. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen, karena penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menghimpun data dari dua keadaan dari kelompok sampel yang sama menyerupai pretest-postest, yaitu data sebelum dan setelah adanya pembinaan dari CSR Aqua. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 20 orang yang merupakan anggota awal di Koperasi Pasgajaya. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket, observasi dan wawancara. Adapun analisis data, lebih difokuskan pada analisis data secara kuantitatif. Dari hasil penelitian bahwa pengaruh program CSR Aqua Pabrik Subang terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Pasanggrahan dilihat dari perbedaan skor nilai kondisi masyarakat sebelum dan setelah adanya binaan dari CSR Aqua pabrik Subang, dengan hasil uji hipotesis yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai tobs > tt yakni sebesar 28,35. Berdasarkan hasil temuan diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa program CSR Aqua pabrik Subang memberikan kontribusi yang cukup besar terhadap pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Pasanggrahan. Program CSR Aqua ini membantu masalah perekonomian masyarakat dengan pemberian dana stimulan untuk modal usaha dan berbagai pembinaan. Sehingga perekonomian masyarakat lebih baik dan sejahtera. ENGLISH: Poverty in Indonesia is still perceived by most people. Because of the construction of the welfare society in this effort should be a concern of government and private parties. However, the limitations of government development funds as compared to the existing development needs, provide opportunities for the private sector in order to use the funds Corporate Social Responsibility, to fill a gap that needed development of the community. One example that can be observed is the CSR program Aqua Factory Subang in an effort to economic empowerment Pasanggrahan Village. The aim of this study is to determine: (1) implementation of CSR Aqua programs in empowering the community of Pasanggrahan Village, (2) the process of economic empowerment of the villagers Pasanggrahan, (3) the effect of the CSR Aqua programs towards the economic empowerment of the villagers Pasanggrahan. This study starts that CSR did not constitute a donation, more than it is to build a socio-economic region holistically, institutionalized and sustainable, these efforts can be realized with the economic empowerment community. Economic empowerment will increase people's income, thus reduced the problem of poverty and society becomes more prosperous. The method used in this study is quasi-experimental, because the study was conducted to collect data from two state of the group the same sample resembles the pretest-posttest, ie data before and after the development of CSR Aqua. The population in this study were 20 people who are members of cooperatives early in Pasgajaya. Data was collected using questionnaires, observation and interviews. The analysis of the data, more focused on the analysis of quantitative data. From the research that the influence of CSR Aqua Factory Subang programs to the economic empowerment of the villagers Pasanggrahan seen from the difference scores conditions of the community before and after the target of CSR Aqua factory Subang, with the results of hypothesis testing which indicates that the value tobs > tt which is equal to 28.35. Based on the above findings, it can be concluded that the CSR program Aqua Subang plant contributed greatly to the economic empowerment of the villagers Pasanggrahan. CSR Aqua program helps the economic problems of society by providing stimulant funds for venture capital and various training sessions. So that the economy better and prosperous society.
