Abstract

INDONESIA: Buku C Desa merupakan program kerja pelayanan pemerintah di instansi kepemerintahan seperti di kantor Desa/Kelurahan yang dijadikan sebgai bukti kepemilikan tanah karena tanah yang tercatat di buku tersebut sudah terdaftar selama bertahun-tahun, atas dasar itulah notaris maupun aparatur pemerintah dapat melihat siapa yang berhak atas kepemlilikan tanah tersebut di suatu desa. Yang menjadi penelitian dalam studi kasus ini adalah Desa Pasirtanjung Kecamatan Tanjungsari Kabuaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi penginputan riwayat pertanahan dalam perangkat mobile, berbasis android dengan menggunakan layanan web service. Dalam hal pihak yang berwenang menginput Buku C Desa ini adalah Perangkat Desa/Kelurahan secara aktif, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengimplementasikan layanan web service khususnya (REST) Representational State Transfer pada perangkat mobile berbasis android. hasil dari penelitian ini adalah mengirimlan riwayat tanah melalui perangkat mobile ke database yang berada pada server dengan memanfaatkan layanan web service. Dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui hasil percobaan yaitu perangkat mobile yang mampu mengirimkan data ke server. In the event that the authorities inputting Books C This village is the village / village actively, the purpose of this study was to implement a particular service web service (REST) Representational State Transfer on mobile devices based on Android. the results of this study are mengirimlan history of the land through a mobile device to a database residing on a server with a web service utilizing the services. From the testing that has been done can be seen the results of experiments that mobile devices are capable of sending data to the server.
