Abstract

INDONESIA: Identifikasi keragaman genetik antar materi genetik sangat penting dilakukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pemuliaan tanaman. Penelitian dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui kecocokan marka Cytochrome P450 Based Analogue (PBA) sebagai marka molekuler tanaman honje asal aksesi Sukabumi dan mengetahui marka Cytochrome P450 Based Analogue (PBA) dapat digunakan sebagai marka untuk identifikasi keragaman genetik tanaman honje asal aksesi Sukabumi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Molekuler Agroteknologi Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung dari Mei hingga November 2018. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimental berupa analisis keragaman genetik menggunakan NTSYS 2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa marka molekuler PBA efektif atau cocok digunakan sebagai marka molekuler tanaman honje dan marka PBA dapat digunakan dalam menganalisis keragaman genetik tanaman honje asal aksesi Sukabumi. ENGLISH: Identification of genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationship among the genetic materials is essential to improve the efficiency of plant breeding. The aim of this study was to determine the suitability of Cytochrome P450 Based Analogue (PBA) markers as molecular markers of torch ginger plant from Sukabumi accession and to know that Cytochrome P450 Based Analogue (PBA) markers can be used as markers to identify genetic diversity of torch ginger plants from Sukabumi accession. This research has been carried out at the Molecular Laboratory of Agrotechnology, Faculty of Science and Technology, Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic University, Bandung from May to November 2018. The method used in this study was the experimental method in the form of analyzing genetic diversity using NTSYS 2.0. The results showed that the effective molecular markers of PBA were effective or suitable for molecular markers of torch ginger plants and PBA markers can be used to analyze the genetic diversity of torch ginger plants from Sukabumi accession.
