Abstract

Character education plays a vital role in producing quality generation that all parties should mind. Related to that, the researcher has conducted a study in Madrasah Aliyah Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka district with the aims of analyzing: 1) the goal of Intisab-based character education in Madrasah Aliyah Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka 2) the program of Intisab-based character education in Madrasah Aliyah Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka 3) the process of Intisab-based character education in Madrasah Aliyah Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka 4) the evaluation of Intisab-based character education in Madrasah Aliyah Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka 5) the model of Intisab-based character educationin PUI education environment. This study is a case employinga descriptive-analytical method. The data was collected through observation, interview and documentation study. Furthermore, data analysis was conducted through the stages of check-recheck, cross-check and content validity through four criteria, namely credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results showed that: 1) Intisab-based character education in Madrasah Aliyah DaarulUluum PUI Majalengka is aimed at improving the quality of education and implementation in Madrasah Aliyah Daarul Uluum PUI which leads to the whole, integrated, and balanced formation of faith and noble characterof the learners, based on graduate competency standards. 2) Intisab-based character education in Madrasah Aliyah Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka was implemented through Intisab value instilling program called Catur Eka Sakti, which includes a) faith to Allah SWT; b) sincerity (unconditional); c Ishlah (truth and wisdom); and d) compassion. 3) Intisab-based character education process at Madrasah Aliyah Daarul Uluum PUI in Majalengka District was conducted through three domains: a) by integrating character education in the learning process, b) by integrating character education in Madrasah Aliyah Daarul Uluum PUI Management c) by implementing character education through courtesy and codes of conduct in the social life of Madrasah Aliyah Daarul Uluum. 4) Evaluation of the program was conducted through self-performance whose result showed that the development program of Intisab-based character education in Madrasah AliyahDaarul Uluum PUI Majalengka could not be implemented maximally to meet the target due to some constraints such as the commitment of all stake holders and the leadership character of all educators. 5) Intisab-based character education implemented in Madrasah Aliyah Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka gives positive influence to learners’daily behavior. It is figured that the instilling of Intisab values brings changes to the behavior of learners in accordance with the essence of Islamic education objectives. Therefore, this form of education can be a model of character education that has been running in many educational institutions. إن التربية الطبيعية امر مهم يجب اهتمامها من كل أطراف معينة لبناء اجيال طيبة حسنة. فعلى ذلك الاتجاه قد بحث الكاتب بحثا عميقا في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية دار العلوم لدى مؤسسة الاتحاد الإسلامي بمجالينكا ، ويركز الاغراض من بحثه لتحليل أمور آتية : 1) الغرض من التربية الطبيعية على اساس "انتساب" في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية دار العلوم لدى مؤسسة الاتحاد الإسلامي بمجالينكا، 2) البرنامج من التربية الطبيعية على اساس "انتساب" في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية دار العلوم لدى مؤسسة الاتحاد الإسلامي بمجالينكا، 3) العملية من التربية الطبيعية على اساس "انتساب" في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية دار العلوم لدى مؤسسة الاتحاد الإسلامي بمجالينكا، 4) التقييم من التربية الطبيعية على اساس "انتساب" في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية دار العلوم لدى مؤسسة الاتحاد الإسلامي بمجالينكا، 5) النموذج في التربية الطبيعية على اساس "انتساب" في بيئة مؤسسة التربية لدى الاتحاد الإسلامي . وفي بحث هذه الحالة يستخدم الكاتب الطريقة الوصفية التحليلية . فيجمع المعلومات والبينات بطريقة الملاحظة والمقابلة والدراسة الوثيقية . أما تحليلها يستخدم من خلال مستوية آتية: تحقق إعادة فحص، ثم فحص متقاطع، ثم دراسة مادة البحث من أربعة معايير، وهي المصداقية والتحويلية والثباتية والتأكيدية. وتدل نتائج البحث على : 1) أن الغرض من التربية الطبيعية على اساس "انتساب" في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية دار العلوم لدى مؤسسة الاتحاد الإسلامي بمجالينكا هو ترقية الجودة من التطبيق ونتائج التعليم في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية دار العلوم في مؤسسة الاتحاد الإسلامي، التي تتجه إلى حصول توثيق الإيمان والأخلاق المحمودة لدى الطلاب سليمين متحدين ومتوازنين وفقا لمعيار اختصاص الخريج . 2) أن البرنامج من التربية الطبيعية على اساس "انتساب" في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية دار العلوم لدى مؤسسة الاتحاد الإسلامي بمجالينكا، من خلال غرس برنامج القيم الإنتسابية ما يسمى بأربعة وحدة كرامة (شاتور أيكا سكتي) التي تشتمل على: أ) التعبد إلى الله تعالى؛ ب) والإخلاص فى الاعمال؛ ج) والاصلاح بين الناس؛ والمراحمة. 3) أن العملية من التربية الطبيعية على اساس "انتساب" في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية دار العلوم لدى مؤسسة الاتحاد الإسلامي بمجالينكا تؤدّى من خلال ثلاث صور وهي أ) التربية الطبيعية المتحدة خلال عملية التعليم، ب) التربية الطبيعية المتحدة من خلال إدارة المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية دار العلوم لدى مؤسسة الاتحاد الإسلامي، ج) التربية الطبيعية من خلال الأخلاق وقانون الحياة الإجتماعية في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية دار العلوم. 4) أن التقييم من تأدية البرنامج ونشاط غرس قيم الانتساب مؤدًّى بطريقة الأداء الذاتي، ونتيجته تدل على أن نشاط تنمية التربية الطبيعية على اساس "انتساب" في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية دار العلوم لدى مؤسسة الاتحاد الإسلامي بمجالينكا، غير مطبّق أقصى التطبيق على الهدف المرجو. وذلك يتعلق ببعض العوامل المانعة المقاومة مثل الالتزام من كل عناصر مجتمع المؤسسة والشخصية القيادة من كل المنظم التربوي. 5) أن التربية الطبيعية على اساس "انتساب" في المدرسة الثانوية الإسلامية دار العلوم لدى مؤسسة الاتحاد الإسلامي بمجالينكا، تؤثر تأثيرا هاما على سلوك الطلاب اليومي. وذلك معروف معرفة جلية أن التغريس من قيم الانتساب إحضارُ التغيير على سلوك الطلاب وفقا لحقيقة غرض التربية الإسلامية المعلومة. فمِن ثَمَّ يكون نوع هذه التربية نموذجَ التربية الطبيعية الذي يستخدم منذ مدة طويلة في أكثر مؤسسة التربية.
