Abstract

INDONESIA: Dalam pengembangan sikap keberagamaan, setiap sekolah memiliki berbagai cara untuk mewujudkannya, seperti melalui kegiatan pengamalan, pembiasaan, pencegahan, perbaikan, penyesuaian mental, keteladanan, dan pengajaran. SMA Negeri 1 Sukaresmi di Kabupaten Cianjur memiliki program unik yang khas dalam usaha pengembangan sikap keberagamaan peserta didiknya melalui program RISMA yang dianggap berhasil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi 1) bagaimana program dan tujuan RISMA, 2) bagaimana implementasi program RISMA, 3) faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan program RISMA, 4) bagaimana sikap keberagamaan peserta didik sebagai hasil dari program RISMA di SMA Negeri 1 Sukaresmi. Kerangka pemikiran dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa program RISMA sebagai aktivitas non-akademik memiliki peranan menanamkan nilai-nilai aqidah, ibadah, dan akhlaq sehingga dapat berkontribusi dengan baik dan positif sebagai usaha pengembangan sikap keberagamaan peserta didik. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis, yang bertujuan untuk memaparkan hasil pengamatan terhadap objek penelitian di lapangan, dan mengkaitkan unsur-unsur objek yang satu dengan lainnya. Sumber data yang digunakan berasal dari sumber primer dan sekunder. Adapun dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya melalui obrsevasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan: 1) Program kegiatan RISMA menyajikan kegiatan yang sesuai dengan konsep remaja masjid, dan tidak hanya bergerak dalam kegiatan keagamaan yang bersifat seremonial saja. Tujuan program kegiatan RISMA secara umum menampilkan profil yang mendukung terhadap usaha pengembangan sikap keberagamaan peserta didik, baik dari aspek aqidah, ibadah, maupun akhlaq. 2) Implementasi program kegiatan RISMA memiliki karakteristik yang cukup unik karena kegiatan yang dilaksanakan terbagi pada dua kategori, yaitu kategori kegiatan khusus pengurus dan anggota RISMA saja dan kategori umum untuk seluruh peserta didik. 3) Faktor pendukung yang paling utama dalam pelaksanaan program kegiatan RISMA adalah lingkungan sekolahnya itu sendiri. Dukungan dari seluruh warga sekolah, baik guru ataupun staf tenaga kependidikan terhadap program kegiatan yang dilaksanakan sangat positif. Faktor penghambat yang paling berpengaruh adalah jadwal kegiatan yang terkadang bentrok dengan kegiatan lain di luar agenda internal RISMA, atau ada kegiatan sekolah yang bersifat insidental. 4) Sikap keberagamaan peserta didik sebagai hasil dari program kegiatan RISMA bisa dikatakan berada pada kategori baik. Secara keseluruhan temuan dan identifikasi terhadap sikap peserta didik di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa peserta didik dapat mengaktualisasikan nilai-nilai keberagamaan, baik pada aspek aqidah, ibadah, maupun akhlaq. ENGLISH: In developing religious attitudes, each school has a variety of ways to make it happen, such as through the activities of practice, habituation, prevention, improvement, mental adjustment, exemplary, and teaching. Sukaresmi 1 Public High School in Cianjur Regency has a unique program that is unique in its efforts to develop the religious attitude of its students through the RISMA program which is considered successful. This study aims to identify 1) how the program and objectives of RISMA, 2) how the implementation of the RISMA program, 3) the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the RISMA program, 4) how the students' religious attitudes as a result of the RISMA program at Sukaresmi 1 Public High School. The thinking framework in this study is that the RISMA program as a non-academic activity has a role to instill the values of aqidah, worship, and morality so that they can contribute positively and positively as an effort to develop students' religious attitudes. The approach used in the study is a qualitative approach using descriptive analysis method, which aims to explain the observations of the object of research in the field, and linking the elements of one object to another. The data sources used are from primary and secondary sources. As for the data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research produced findings: 1) The RISMA activity program presents activities that are in accordance with the concept of adolescent mosques, and not only engaged in ceremonial religious activities. The general objective of the RISMA program is to provide a profile that supports the development of students' religious attitudes, both in terms of aqeedah, worship, and morality. 2) The implementation of the RISMA activity program has characteristics that are quite unique because the activities carried out are divided into two categories, namely the special activity categories of administrators and RISMA members only and general categories for all students. 3) The most important supporting factor in implementing the RISMA activity program is the school environment itself. Support from all school members, both teachers and staff of education staff on the program of activities carried out was very positive. The most influential inhibiting factor is the schedule of activities that sometimes clash with other activities outside the RISMA internal agenda, or there are incidental school activities. 4) The religious attitude of students as a result of the RISMA activity program can be said to be in the good category. Overall the findings and identification of the attitudes of students in the field shows that students can actualize religious values, both in the aspects of aqeedah, worship, and morality. ARABIC: في تطوير المواقف الدينية ، كل مدرسة لديها طرق مختلفة لتحقيق ذلك ، مثل من خلال أنشطة مثل الممارسة ، والتعويد ، والوقاية ، والتحسين ، والتكيف العقلي ، والمثالية ، والتدريس. تمتلك مدرسة العالية الحكومة ۱ سوكارسمي في جيأنجور ريجنسي برنامجًا فريدًا من نوعه فريد من نوعه في جهودها لتطوير الموقف الديني لطلابها من خلال برنامج ريسماء الذي يعتبر ناجحًا. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد ۱) كيفية برنامج وأهداف ريسماء ، ۲) كيفية تنفيذ برنامج ريسماء ، ۳) العوامل الداعمة والمثبطة في تنفيذ برنامج ريسماء ، ٤) كيف مواقف الطلاب الدينية نتيجة لبرنامج ريسماء في مدرسة العالية الحكومة ۱ سوكارسمي. يتمثل إطار التفكير في هذه الدراسة في أن برنامج ريسماء كنشاط غير أكاديمي له دور في غرس قيم الإيمان والعبادة والأخلاق حتى يتمكنوا من المساهمة بشكل إيجابي وإيجابي كجهد لتطوير المواقف الدينية للطلاب. نهج البحث المستخدم هو نهج نوعي باستخدام طريقة التحليل الوصفي ، والذي يهدف إلى شرح ملاحظات موضوع البحث في هذا المجال ، وربط عناصر كائن واحد إلى آخر. مصادر البيانات المستخدمة هي من المصادر الأولية والثانوية. فيما يتعلق بتقنيات جمع البيانات من خلال الملاحظة والمقابلات والوثائق. أسفرت هذه الدراسة عن نتائج: ۱) يقدم برنامج نشاط ريسماء أنشطة تتماشى مع مفهوم مساجد الشباب ، وليس فقط المشاركة في الأنشطة الدينية الاحتفالية. الهدف العام لبرنامج ريسماء هو توفير لمحة تدعم تطور مواقف الطلاب الدينية ، من حيث العقيدة والعبادة والأخلاق. ۲) إن تنفيذ برنامج نشاط ريسماء له خصائص فريدة من نوعها لأن الأنشطة المنفذة تنقسم إلى فئتين ، وهما فئة الأنشطة الخاصة للمشرفين وأعضاء ريسماء فقط والفئات العامة لجميع الطلاب. ۳) أهم عامل مساند في تنفيذ برنامج نشاط ريسماء هو البيئة المدرسية نفسها. وكان دعم جميع أعضاء المدرسة ، والمدرسين وموظفي كادر التعليم في برنامج الأنشطة المنجزة ، إيجابياً للغاية. عامل التأثير الأكثر تأثيراً هو جدول الأنشطة التي تتعارض أحيانًا مع أنشطة أخرى خارج الأجندة الداخلية ريسماء ، أو هناك أنشطة مدرسية عرضية. ٤) يمكن القول أن الموقف الديني للطلاب نتيجة لبرنامج النشاط ريسماء في الفئة الجيدة. بشكل عام ، تشير النتائج والتعرف على اتجاهات الطلاب في هذا المجال إلى قدرة الطلاب على تفعيل القيم الدينية ، سواء في جوانب العقيدة أو العبادة أو الأخلاق.
