Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul Respon Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya terhadap Gerakan DI/TII Peristiwa Godebag (1952-1953), yang berusaha menjelaskan dan merekontruksi benang merah pemikiran Sekarmadji Maridjan Kartosuwiryo, pada kurun pra kemerdekaan sampai pasca kemerdekaan yang berkeinginan untuk mendirikan dan menjalankan prinsip yang tertolak belakang dengan pemerintahan negara Indonesia.
