Abstract

INDONESIA : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan model Cox Proportional Hazard pada distribusi Weibull untuk data waktu kegagalan sensor interval kasus II, dimana observasi yang dilakukan pada data tersensor tersebut dilakukan sebanyak dua kali observasi, selanjutnya penelitian ini juga dilakukan untuk mengetahui nilai estimasi parameter menggunakan Maksimum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) dan Newton-Raphson sebagai pendekatan nilai estimasinya. Pada studi kasus model ini, hasil akhir yang diperoleh adalah nilai parameter skala (λ ̂), parameter bentuk(γ ̂ ), dan tiga variabel prediktor β ̂_1,β ̂_2 "dan " β ̂_3. Sehingga dapat dibentuk model Cox Proportional Hazard Distribusi Weibull untuk data waktu kegagalan sensor interval kasus II, juga interpretasi terhadap rasio hazard . ENGLISH : The purpose of this study was to determinate the Cox Proportional Hazard Model of Weibull distribution for interval-censored failure time data case II, where observations are made twice, next this study was also conducted to determine the value of parameter estimation using Maksimum Likelihood Estimation (MLE) and Newton-Raphson as the approximate value approach. The final result obtained is value scale parameter (λ ̂), form parameter (γ ̂ ),and three predictor variables β ̂_1,β ̂_2 "dan " β ̂_3. So the Cox Proportional Hazard of Weibull distribution for interval-censored failure time data case II can be formed and also get the interpretation of Hazard ratio.
