Abstract

INDONESIA Disiplin kerja merupakan suatu tindakan mematuhi peraturan yang dilakukan oleh setiap individu untuk meningkatkan kualitas kerja dirinya sehingga menghasilkan output yang positif bagi organisasi. Desa sebagai pemerintahan terendah mempunyai tujuan yang harus dicapai sebagaimana tercantum dalam Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bandung No. 10 Tahun 2016 tentang Organisasi Pemerintah Desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Analisis Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Desa Jatisari Kecamatan Cangkuang Kabupaten Bandung. Landasan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Bejo Siswanto (2005:291) terkait dimensi dari Disiplin Kerja adalah frekuensi kehadiran, tingkat kewaspadaan, ketaatan pada standar kerja, ketaatan pada peraturan kerja, dan etika kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara kepada 3 informan, dokumen, dan materi audio dan visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat absensi pegawai desa tinggi, yaitu mencapai 29.55% dan rata-rata 10% - 20% pegawai yang disiplinnya sangat kurang serta kualitas Sumber Daya Manusianya yang kurang mumpuni. Sehingga dapat peneliti simpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja pegawai desa jatisari kecamatan cangkuang kabupaten bandung masih kurang baik. ENGLISH Work discipline is an act of obeying the rules carried out by each individual to improve the quality of his work so as to produce positive output for the organization. The village as the lowest government has a goal that must be achieved as stated in the Regional Regulation of Bandung Regency No. 10 of 2016 concerning Village Government Organizations. This study aims to find out how the Analysis of Employee Work Discipline in Jatisari Village Office, Cangkuang District, Bandung Regency. The theoretical foundation used in this study is Bejo Siswanto (2005: 291) related to the dimensions of Work Discipline are frequency of attendance, level of alertness, adherence to work standards, adherence to work rules, and work ethics. The research method used by researchers in this study is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The technique used in this study is observation, interviews with 3 informants, documents, and audio and visual material. The results showed that the absentee level of village officials was high, which reached 29.55% and an average of 10% - 20% of employees whose discipline was very lacking and the quality of human resources that were less qualified. So that researchers can conclude that the work discipline of the employees of the village of Jatisari, Cangkuang District, Bandung Regency is still not good.
