Abstract
Employee performance is one of the important things in a company. The things that can affect employee performance are taking into account the work environment, motivation and self-efficacy of employees. A comfortable and conducive work environment is also supported by high motivation and high self-efficacy or self-confidence that is able to raise employees to work optimally and achieve the company's goals. This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Environment, Motivation, and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance (Case study on Morning Shift Employees at PT. Famatex Bandung) The research method used in this research is descriptive method verification with a quantitative approach. The types of data used are primary data (interview at the beginning of the research) and secondary data (questionnaire). The research instrument was tested by validity and reliability. While testing the hypothesis using the correlation test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and test the coefficient of determination. This study uses respondents totaling 77 morning shift employees at PT. Famatex Bandung. The results of the study show that (1) the Work Environment has a significant effect and has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.015 <0.05 and a value of thit 2.481> ttab 1.993. (2) Motivation has a significant influence and has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.022 <0.05 and a value of thit 2.340> ttab 1.993. (3) Self-efficacy has a significant effect and has a positive effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.049 <0.05 and a value of thit 2.003> ttab 1.993. (4) Simultaneous work environment, motivation, and self-efficacy have a significant influence on employee performance with a significance value of 0,000 <0,05 and Fhit value 17,184> Ftab 2,73 which means that if the work environment, motivation and self-efficacy go well together, it will improve the performance of the morning shift employees at PT. Famatex Bandung. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) indicate that the work environment, motivation and self-efficacy have an influence of 41.4%, the remaining 58.6 is influenced by variables or other factors not examined by the researcher.
