Abstract

INDONESIA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gliserol terhadap daya simpan biofungisida Trichoderma sp serta mengetahui konsentrasi gliserol yang efektif dalam mempertahankan jumlah konidia Trichoderma sp dalam formula biofungisida hingga waktu penyimpanan 4 bulan dan mengetahui pengaruh pemberian formula biofungisida Trichoderma sp terhadap perkembangan penyakit layu Fusarium pada tanaman cabai rawit (Capsicum frustencens L). Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan april sampai maret september 2018. di laboratorium hama dan penyakit Uin Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung dan di cikaledong kabupaten Garut. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) satu faktor dengan 4 perlakuan dan 5 ulangan untuk pengamatan in vitro. yaitu biofungisida Trichoderma ditambah gliserol 0%, 3%, 6% dan 9%. dan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) satu faktor dengan 8 perlakuan dan 3 ulangan yaitu b0 = tanpa biofungisida (kontrol), b1 = biofungisida solid + gliserol 0%, b2 = biofungisida solid + gliserol 3%, b3 = biofungisida solid + gliserol 6%, b4 = biofungisida solid + gliserol 9%, b5 = biofungisida cair + gliserol 0%, b6 = biofungisida cair + gliserol 3%, b7 = biofungisida cair + gliserol 6%, b8 = biofungisida cair + gliserol 9%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penambahan gliserol berpengaruh nyata terhadap daya simpan biofungisida, penggunaan gliserol 3% efektif dalam mempertahankan jumlah konidia Trichoderma herzianum selama 4 bulan, dan pemberian formula biofungisida Trichoderma herzianum berpangruh nyata dalam menekan intensitas kerusakan tanaman akibat serangan penyakit Fusarium. ENGLISH This research aims to find the effect of glycerol to the storability of Trichoderma herzianum biofungicide, to know the effective concentration of glycerol in maintaining the amount of conidia Trichoderma herzianum in the conidia biofungicide formula up to a storage period of 4 months and to know the effect of biofungicide formula Trichoderma herzianum to the development of wilt Fusarium in cayenne pepper plants. This research was conducted in April to March September 2018. In the pest and deases laboratory of Uin Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung and in Cikaledong, Garut Regency. This research used complete randomized design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 5 replications for observation in vitro. Namely biofungicide Trichoderma plus glycerol 0%, 3%, 6% and 9%. and a randomized block design (RBD) of one factor with 8 treatments and 3 replications namely b0 = no biofungicide (control), b1 = solid biofungicide + glycerol 0%, b2 = solid biofungicide + glycerol 3%, b3 = solid biofungicide + glycerol 6% , b4 = solid biofungicide + 9% glycerol, b5 = liquid biofungicide + 0% glycerol, b6 = liquid biofungicide + 3% glycerol, b7 = liquid biofungicide + 6% glycerol, b8 = liquid biofungicide + 9% glycerol. The results showed that the addition of glycerol significantly affected to storability of biofungicides, and the glycerol 3% effective in maintaining the amount of conidia Trichoderma herzianum until 4 months. and aplication of Trichoderma herzianum biofungicide showed the significant effect on suppress the disease intensity of Fusarium wilt.
