Abstract
INDONESIA : Edamame merupakan salah satu jenis kacang-kacangan yang termasuk ke dalam kategori tanaman sayuran. Permintaan pasar global terhadap edamame juga cukup tinggi, namun produksi edamame di Indonesia masih sangat rendah. Oleh karena itu edamame berpeluang besar untuk ditingkatkan produksinya. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi rendahnya produksi edamame. Penggunaan pupuk anorganik dalam jangka panjang akan menurunkan kesuburan tanah dan menurunkan produktivitas lahan, sehingga hasil tanaman juga menjadi rendah. Oleh karena itu, pemanfaatan Trichoderma sp. dan Penicillium sp. yang merupakan jamur tanah adalah salah satu cara untuk menjaga kesuburan tanah dan produktivitas lahan serta mendukung dalam pertumbuhan tanaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian Trichoderma sp. dan Penicillium sp. terhadap produksi tanaman edamame. Penelitian ini dilaksanankan di Desa Cipadung, Kecamatan Cibiru, Kota Bandung, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai Oktober 2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Sederhana dengan 7 perlakuan, yaitu A (Tanpa pemberian jamur), B (Trichoderma sp. 30 ml/tanaman), C (Trichoderma sp. 40 ml/tanaman), D (Trichoderma sp. 50 ml/tanaman), E (Penicillium sp. 30 ml/tanaman), F (Penicillium sp. 40 ml/tanaman), G (Penicillium sp. 50 ml/tanaman) dan setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 6 kali. Uji lanjut yang digunakan adalah Duncan Multiple Range Rest (DMRT) 5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa pemberian Trichoderma sp. dan Penicillium sp. dengan berbagai dosis tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi tanaman edamame. Perlakuan G (Penicillium sp. 50 ml/tanaman) memberikan nilai tertinggi terhadap produksi jumlah polong pertanaman, berat polong pertanaman dan jumlah biji pertanaman. ENGLISH : Edamame was one kind of nuts crop which include into the category of vegetable crops. Global market demand towards edamame is also quite high, however edamame production in Indonesia is still very low. It is therefore edamame having great opportunity to be improved production. Many factors affect the low production of edamame. The use of inorganic fertilizers in the longer term will reduce soil fertility and decreasing land productivity, resulting in production plant are also being low. Therefore, the use of Trichoderma sp. and Penicillium sp. as soil fungi is one way to maintain soil fertility and land productivity as well as supporting the growth of plants. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of Trichoderma sp. and Penicillium sp. toward production of crops edamame. This research was conducted in Cipadung village, Cibiru District, Bandung City, West Java Province. The research was conducted on July until October 2016. Experimental research was conducted using Randomized Block Design (RCBD) by 7 treatments, that is A (Control), B (Trichoderma sp. 30 ml/plant), C (Trichoderma sp. 40 ml/plant), D (Trichoderma sp. 50 ml/plant), E (Penicillium sp. 30 ml/plant), F (Penicillium sp. 40 ml/plant), G (Penicillium sp. 50 ml/plant) with each treatment repeated 6 times. Further test used is Duncan Multiple Range Rest (DMRT) 5%. Based on the results of research that giving of Trichoderma sp. and Penicillium sp. with various doses not significant to crop production of edamame. Treatment G (Penicillium sp. 50 ml/plant) giving the highest value toward production the pod amount of crop, pod weight of crop and amount seed of crop.
