Abstract

The General Election is a determinant of the improvement of the quality of democracy which aims to carry out the people's sovereignty, where the people are directly involved in the mechanism of filling the positions of people's representatives at the same time with the determination of the President and Vice President. The existence of the General Election Commission, the General Election Supervisory Body, and the Honorary Council of General Election Organizers as election organizers who exercise their respective authority must be based on the existence of election administrators with integrity, in the context of realizing democratic elections in accordance with the principles of popular sovereignty guaranteed in the constitution . The relationship between the General Election Commission, the General Election Supervisory Board, and the Election Organizer Honorary Board must continue to apply the orderly principles of state administrators, as well as the relationship between the organizers of general elections and other state institutions as stipulated in the legislation by prioritizing the principle of cechk and balance, in order to create a state that is in accordance with the applicable legal system.
