Abstract

INDONESIA : Dewasa ini, fenomena ajang kontes kecantikan begitu banyak ditemukan ditanah air dan menjadi sesuatu yang lumrah bagi banyak orang. Keberadaan kontes kecantikan masih menuai pro dan kontra dalam respon masyarakat luas. Hal ini karna di nilai berlawanan dengan ketentuan syar’iat dan mengeksploitasi kecantikan wanita dikhalayak umum. Dengan ini penulis ingin mengkaji lebih luas ajang kontes kecantikan Muslimah atau yang disebut dengan World Muslimah Foundation dengan standar tolok ukur kecantikan dalam ḥadith. Terdapat beberapa ketentuan bagi wanita yang mengikuti ajang tersebut diantaranya adalah 3S yakni: shalihah, cerdas dan stylish. Berangkat dari latar belakang masalah di atas prinsip-prinsip wanita menjaga kesucian dirinya, standar pakaian syar’i, gerakan di atas catwalk, batasan aurat para kontestan dan indikasi tabarruj, yang dituangkan dalam beberapa ḥadith Rasulullah Saw., sangat patut diperhitungkan untuk dijadikan bahan penelitian dalam penyelenggaraan ajang tersebut. Maka untuk memahami hal tersebut dilakukan penelitian dengan mengumpulkan ḥadith- ḥadith yang berkaitan dan merujuk kepada kitab syarah ḥadith dan kitab-kitab yang berkaitan dengannya. Dengan demikian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pandangan ḥadith terhadap ajang kontes kecantikan Muslimah sehingga dapat di temukan tolak ukur dalam ajang tersebut, serta relevansi antara teks ḥadith dengan pelaksanaan World Muslimah Foundation. Penelitian ini dikategorikan ke dalam metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research) karena objek material penelitian ini menggunakan bahan-bahan tulis kepustakaan seperti kitab ḥadith dan buku-buku kategori ulumul ḥadith. Di dalam ḥadith di sebutkan bahwa tolok ukur kecantikan muslimah meliputi, menutup aurat, akhlak yang baik, menjaga kebersihan dan adanya kesesuaian dan ketepatan. Sedangkan dalam kontes tersebut kategori menutup aurat belum memenuhi semua poin dari kategori ḥadith yang menjelaskannya. Terdapat beberapa unsur yang bertentangan dengan ḥadith seperti memakai sanggul dengan tujuan berhias, menggunakan highheels, dan bercampurnya penonton laki-laki. kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah bahwa dalam pelaksanaan ajang kontes kecantikan muslimah terdapat beberapa unsur yang sesuai dengan kriteria kecantikan muslimah di dalam ḥadith, tetapi alangkah lebih baiknya lagi jika unsur-unsur dari semua poin ḥadith tentang tolok ukur kecantikan muslimah dapat diterapkan serta dijadikan acuan dalam ajang kontes kecantikan muslimah berikutnya ENGLISH : These days, the phenomenom of beauty contest is so many found in the homeland and become commonplace for many people. The existence of this beauty contest still reaps pros and cons from the response of wide society. This because contrary the provisions of syariat and exploits woman’s beauty in general public. With this, author wants to study more broadly the muslimah beauty contest or called world muslimah foundation with standards of beauty benchmarks in the hadith.There are several provisions for woman who take part in the event, including 3S, namely : Sholehah, smart and stylish. Departing from the background of the problem above the principles of woman that guarding her purity, the standard of syar'i clothing, movement on the catwalk, the limits of the contestants genitals and the indications of tabarruj, which are contained in several hadiths of Muhammad Saw., very worthy of being taken into account as material for research in organizing the event. Therefore to understand that case, a research was conducted by collecting the hadith-ḥadith that related to and refer to syarah ḥadith and the books relating to it. Thus, this study intend to analyze ḥadith's views on the Muslim beauty contest so that benchmarks can be found in the event, as well as the relevance between ḥadith texts and the implementation of the World Muslimah Award. This research is categorized into library research method because the material object of this study uses literary material such as the book hadith and books in the ulumul ḥadith category. The data of this study uses qualitative data expressed in the form of words or sentences. There are two types of data, namely primary and secondary data. Primary data in this study are library materials which are used as the main reference in this study. As the main source in this research are books that are directly related to the theme being studied. Data about hadith - ḥadith that are related to the Muslim beauty contest event This data is sourced from the books of the hadith which contain the ḥadith - hadith. As for the books of hadith which are the primary source, namely ḥadith - ḥadith contained in kutubus sittah, and kutubut tis'ah, the books which contain the fiqih of women, besides the important reference in this research is the book Mu'jam al-Mufahras li al-Faz al-Hadῑth by AJ Wensinck, Mifah Kunuz As-Sunnah by A.J. Wensinck, Tahzib al-Kamal fi Asma 'al-Rijal by al-Mizzi, Tahzib al Tahzib by Imam al-Hafiz Syihabuddin Ahmad Ibn Ali Ibn Hajar al-Asqolani. So that later this study concludes that the implementation of the event can be broken down into two categories: syar'i and not syar, i. the category has always been a standard in an event that has Islamic nuances, for that in determining something in Islam consideration is very much needed consideration to the benefits providedكثير ما وجدنا في هذا العصر مسابقة ملكة الجمال وصارت عادة عند الناس. وهذا الأمر خلاف عند بعض الناس، هناك من يوافقه وبعضهم لم يوافقه لكونه يخالف الشريعة الإسلامية حيث يشاهد فيه جمال النساء أمام الناس. هذا هو الذي دفعت الباحثة إلى البحث عن مسابقة ملكة الجمال وميزانه في الحديث النبوي. تشترط النساء في هذه المسابقة أن تكون صالحة وذكية والأنيقة. وهذه الشروط لا بد من نظره إلى الأحاديث النبوي هل توافق الشرعية أم لم توافق لأن الحديث النبوي قد تكلم في هذه الأمر عن عفة النساء ولباسها وتحركها وعوراتها ونهيها عن التبرج وغير ذلك. وسنفهم هذه القاضية بجمع الأحاديث المتعلقة بالنساء والرجوع إلى شروح الحديث والكتب المتعلقة بهذا البحث. والغرض من هذا البحث هو لتحليل الأحاديث المتعلقة بمسابقة ملكة الجمال وما ميزانها وشروطها في الحديث النبوي وعلاقتها وتطبيقها. هذا البحث بحث مكتبي يستعمل فيه كل ما يوجد في المكتبة من كتب الحديث وعلومها. وتؤخذ المعلومات من المصدر الرئيسي والمصدر الثانوي. والمصدر الرئيسي يؤخذ من كتب الأحديث التي تبحث عن مسابقة ملكة الجمال وهي كتب الستة وكتب التسعة وغير ذلك. وأما المصدر الثانوي يؤخذ من معجم المفهرس لألفاظ الحديث تأليف أ.ج وينسيك، ومفتاح كنوز السنة تأليف أ.ج وينسيك، وتهذيب الكمال في أسماء الرجال للمزي، وتهذيب التهذيب للإمام الحافظ شهاب الدين أحمد بن علي بن حجر العسقلاني وغير ذلك. ويلخص من البحث أن تطبيق مسابقة ملكة الجمال قسمان: المسابقة الموافقة للشريعة الإسلامية والمسابقة المخالفت بها. وصار هذا القسم ميزان في كل المسابقة الإسلامية، وكان الإسلام يأمرنا أن يقدم المصلحة في كل الأمر
