Abstract

INDONESIA : Pariwisata (ecotourism) merupakan salah satu bentuk industri pariwisata yang belakangan ini menjadi tujuan dari sebagian besar masyarakat akan tetapi objek wisata di Kota Cirebonbelum semuanya berjalan dengan semestinya, termasuk salah satu destinasi wisata yang ada di Kota Cirebon yaitu pantai kejawanan, Pantai ini kurang adanya perhatian dari Pemerintah setempat dan di katakana belum layak untuk di jadikan tempat wisata karena tata kelola yang belum baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 2009 tentang Kepariwisataan , apakah sudah berjalan dengan baik atau belum, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana upaya Pemerintah untuk memajukan potensi pariwisata yang ada di Kota Cirebon terutama Pantai Kejawanan. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kualitatif dengan design deskriptif karena dalam penelitian ini langsung turun ke lapangan melakukan pengumpulan data dengan cara observasi dan wawancara , maka dari itu teknik yang di gunakan yaitu teknik Purposive Sampling dan teknik aksidental. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi Undang-Undang Nomor n10 tahun 2009 belum berjalan dengan baik dan juga masih kurangnya daya tarik wisata untuk berkunjug ke pantai inikarena belum adanya perhatian pemerintah terhadap pantai kejawanan, dan masih kurangnya sraana prasarana yang lengkap dan tata kelola yang belum maksimal sesuai dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 10 Tahun 2009. ENGLISH : Tourism ( ecotourism) is one form of the tourism industry which has recently become the goal of. Most oh the people, however, the tourism objects in Cirebon City have not all gone accordingly, including one of the touriat destinations in Cirebon, namely the Vocational Coast, this beach is lacking in attention from the local government and said it is not feasible to make tourist attractions because manage that is not good. This study aims to determine the extent of the implementation of Law Number 10 of 2009 concerning Tourism, whether it has been running well or not, and to find out how the Government’s efforts to advance the tourism potential in Cirebon City, especially the Vocational Coast. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with descriptive design because in this study directly took to the field to collect data by means of observation and interviews, therefore the techniques used were Purposive Sampling and Accidental techniques. The result of the study show that the implementation of Law Number 10 of 2009 has not gone well and there is still a lack of tourist attraction to visit the coact due to the lack of government attention to the shore beaches, and the lack of complete insfrastructure and governance that has not been maximized, in accordance with Law Number 10 of 2009.
